I think the Bisons looks awesome too, I've played a green one - Sounded like a 60s bass, wasn't awful to play but not great either. I don't remember the weight I'm afraid but if your a big guy thats irrelevant. I wouldn't buy one as a workhorse, 60s guitars/basses are great toys though.

I like the Warwick sound over the Spector sound, I only notice the dullness of the MECs which makes its more funky for my tastes.

I love it but not for the money, why change the EB3?? Or does this one balance properly?
