5.
I've never seen a Warwick with fretboard inlays? Not that they don't look nice.
You never saw an inlaid fretboard before? It's a stage2 don't they come with inlays as standard? Mind you, I'm thinking of Warwick, not the lesser known Warricks, so what would I know?
 6.
Bump
£20 ? (makes the petrol from Sheffield worthwhile)
 7.
Have you been drinking?
No. ...Are you having difficulty with my humour? In my previous post I had asked if you wanted me to make an offer... Then it was gone before I had chance to receive a reply... Hence the *ironic*, "so 'no' to offers then?" statement...
 8.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand replied.
Tidy! Done and done. Andy -out- EDIT: Received. many thans buddy!
 9.
This is a great little unit for changing MIDI patches, with the advantage of having a footprint about the same size as an MXR stomp box. It has hardly seen any action, is in great unscathed & unscratched condition, and comes with instructions and all the original packaging. A brand new one will set you back nearly a ton here and here, and 86+VAT (which is also nearly a ton) here. Or you could have my as-new one for £55 posted.
PM'd
 10.
4. If you have a problem with the price of an item on the forum, stating it in an aggressive way on the thread undermines the sellers listing. Often however feedback on fair pricing is useful and constructive. Bear this in mind and be considerate and vigilant. If anyone is seen being aggressive or SERIOUSLY overpricing an item them you are best off sending a PM to the member and to a moderator. The best policy is that if you do not like the price, move on. The seller won’t sell and you avoid any arguments.
oh I'm sorry What did I do wrong? I don't have a problem with the price per-se.... I'm certainly not being aggressive... I thought since you said you couldn't find them for less my pointing out this might be seen as a polite response. (Unless you we're knowingly misinforming the thread, which I doubt you would do) And as for not liking the price, well I was serious about buying these, but I *obviously* want them as CHEAP as I can possibly get them, no offence. That's what buying used gear is all about isn't it? Now would you like me to make an offer, or have I upset the apple cart ?
 11. Hmmmm Top of the list on google. £88inc vat (plus £3 delivery) http://www.hificables.co.uk/11078/Grado-SR...CFQpNQwodvzwkaA Still considering my options however.... What's your lowest price, or are you already at it?
 12. Quote: "£25 each or £50 pair" Lol it's good of you to multiply £25 by 2 for us thickies out here... Are you sure you didn't mean £45 for the pair?
 13.
Hello all, I bought this a few weeks ago from Essential Tension to use on my regular DI-only gigs- After a good few hours in use, and despite being a very useful bit of kit (particularly as a headphone amp), I've decided that it's not for me- I'm just after a different sound. This is one of the later models with the -10dB input pad. The pedal is in super condition both inside and out, and will come with a 9V battery fitted. The box is a little tatty cosmetically, but fine otherwise. No manual included, but it's easily downloadable on EBS' site. I'd like £175 (inc. UK P+P) for this, which is what I paid for it. Paypal or bank transfer accepted. Sorry, but no trades!. I can post photos if needed, but I'm sure everyone knows what this looks like... Thanks for looking! Etienne
I got a budget of £150 for this, sorry... it's probabaly not enough, but it does buy you a free bump.
 14. Also, the phrase "worth it" is very subjective. Someone on a low wage might find the price of a USA Fender hard to justify and *not worth it* ...but if the same guy wins the lottery the *worth* of any bass might be less dictated by the buying price and more on preference.
 15.
Ok I have a Warwick Vampyre SN 4 string. I haven't had this too long and all though it is amazing to play and the sound is unlike any other bass I've played, it isn't getting played as I much favour my 'vette 5 stringer. Condition is pretty much mint only one or two little scratches but that is all. Open to offers for 24 hours then will put up a solid price. Really not convinced on the market price of there at the moment so will consider all SENSIBLE offers.
I'm interested in this, but I *REALLY* have no idea of it's value... A quick search for prices reveals rockbass versions at £500 through BO's at £1500 to NT's at £2900.. not much of a help in determining a reasonable offer price. Help me buddy. PS Is it in Sheffield? I'd love to hear it, and since I'm in Sheff... ?
 16. Seconded... I gotta say that trying to sell something by threatening to put the price *up*, especially when it's not selling at the current offered price doesn't work for me. However, good luck with the sale buddy, ...I'm not surprised that it's got interest, it's a VERY beautiful bass. And if it's of any interest to anyone, it's very close to *my* idea of it's value.
 17. Jorg has changed designs over the years, sometimes for reasons of availability of parts, or cost effectiveness, ...and the changes haven't always been an improvement in everyones eyes. (more recent Schroeder cabs use some MDF rather than ply, which I felt was a step backwards in a boutique cab, though others will argue...) So don't judge this badly because it's an older version. Enough people bought the early ones and were all more than happy. Good luck with the sale.
 18. Well I'll be having a punt on the auction no doubt... If it's got a "W" on it I'm in.
 19. especially when supported by a link up a cul-de-sac! Edit: Well, in fairness, its working now. Maybe it hadn't started when I looked earlier? Dunno, but that does look amazing... It looks like the T2000 Terminator in bass form. Lovely. I take it back...
