Aha! @mrbacco before you make the hole for the Jack 'Boat' in the front... have a think about having it fitted to the control cavity plate at the rear... plug could Angle Out and Downwards 45Deg-ish or out to the but or strap pin.. and not get in the way... sleek as sleek thing! 😉

How to get rid of sharp fret ends?
PaulThePlug replied to Baloney Balderdash's topic in Repairs and Technical
I'd go Med/Fine Sanding Sponge... Fine Sanding Sponge... I've also used Halfords Bodywork Sponges. Steady Eddie otherwise you get a 'Scallop' as well as a 'Rolled' edge... But a bit of the both looks kinda nice. Then on to the nail blocks... got a load from Aliexpress... great for a fretboard and fret clean. Also used to knock-off a sticky glossy neck, and great with wax on a wood body.- 5 replies

Luverly take on a Compensated Bridge Saddle Blade... Shorter Screws for Intonation and Height... I'd hack saw 5mm or so off, or replacements from somewhere like Spaldings Fasteners on the 'bay - I use em for A2 Stainless Grub Screws for bridge saddles.

@TheGreek thanks for responding... The packing foam sponge from a pair of Jazz Pickups... I can cut into 2 to make a foam sponge surround for each pickup in the existing Soap Bar Cavity of my SR400/DiMarzio. Here is the Red Fender Foam in my SR300/Maida Vale Protect the wires and keep the dust and crud out. Just an easy finishing touch. Thanks for looking...
