    Sand it down some more, then Tru Oil. Then wax applied with a Green same for the back of the neck... feels so warm and organic... Therapy with a beer or glass of wine...

    I'd check Faceache and Gumtree, see whats localish to you... SR300 usually around £160-£200ish. Older versions have a flatter body, not for me. Don't be tempted to step down to the GSR200, they are alright, i have 2... but, the SR300 is way better.

    Know what ya mean My Dr called it 'Inner Monologue'... I had a chat about it and whether its the same as hearing voices, Especially as it's my own voice. It's always there, sometimes distracting like a running narrative, sometimes intrusive when trying to make ones mind up... indecision, procrastination, quandary and dilemma...

    I likes an Ibby SR... got a couple... An SR300 in Iron Pewter, 2 SR300 with pickup mods, an SR400 with pickup mods, an SR600... Love the comfy Worn Pebble Body and Great Neck with Jazz Width Nut.

    Yep. Continuity between tip and sleeve on the jack.. Depending how it is wired... Will Read the Pickup Resistance, with the Vol pot in parallel, with the Tone pot across that... but as long as not reading Open Curcuit
