Update: The Artec QTP... BIG Jump in tone from '0 - Bypass' to '1 - Extra High Cut' as described by... Like going from open to half-way on a pot... I checked i was using the Bass connection, not the other one. I'm wondering if Bypass, like wiring Vol straight to jack, is the same as a Tone Pot (250k) on Zero? - Is the 250k effectively across the pickup.. what about the effect of the Cap still being in line? Maybe the QTP just doesn't suit the Kent Armstong's character... So swapped the tone switch out for an Alpha B250k and 47u... standard. Other than that, i'm very much enjoying it. 😁 The Pure Tone Double Contact Jack Socket... real nice mechanical engineering feel to pluggin' in... If ya moddin' fit one while ya in there.

I'd pick it off or tweezer.. Any paint left in the can? Spray on a cotton bud and dab... Nitro is meant to surface-melt or react, so might blend in respectably...

Keep coming back to Bass > Lead > Amp... ish, usually via my trusty Joyo JT-305 Korg Pitch Black-a-like Muting Tuner... and often with the 'ol Coiley Lead. Wander off in fits 'n dreams and flights of fancy, or P!$$ing about waisting time as it's often known, with the Zoom B1on, or the 'lil Joyo Ironman pedals... a trait more often recognised in the Skinny String lot... Then, I'm back in the room...

...looks like i'm gonna need a bigger board... </Jaws> To make up for, or detract from, my rather bassic(!) and rudimentary playing - plus being a big Hawkwind fan - I likes a bit of 'movement'... Chorus was cheap and sounds really nice and subtle... so tracked down the matching Phaser... Boss Mimics me thinks? with the addition of Level to the 2 Pot CE, and 3 Pot PHr (Resonance) variant of the original 2 Pot PH I had the Amdek Kit Versions in the 80s. Shame they are long gone. Even small 2 rail pedal boards are tall at 13cm but biggest problem is too much gap... just to show how small they are compared to a normal size pedal Still got to sort a big of wood or ally plate 25cm 10" ish x 10cm 4" ish Any other ideas for a board?... might do some skip-raiding for odds 'n ideas.
