1.
One word - acceptance. How many gigs have I played I wonder? Well over a thousand. In how many did I not make a mistake. Not a one. Happily, my experience has taught me how to deal with them and that's the best we can do. My band mates are the same - we carry on like nothing happened. Will the punters know ?? Well - they will if you react to your mistakes like you just saw a ghost. Otherwise they're never the sharpest tools in the box and probably won't know. Plus there's always the old trick of repeating the mistake on purpose in the next verse - that's jazzzzzzzzzz !
How are ya doin Dave ? Missed your wit over the last few months
2. You're the big yin . You sort him out . Interesting ; the big yin vs les Dawson
3. Bargain
4. In my last band, we had mr. Guitar, who had a nice sound. He used to blah certain solos from the original.(covers band). His main problem was that he was using a boss multi effects unit. This meant that he had to keep, fiddling with it each session until he got it right. Took ages. He was nearly fired, but got the sound right at the last minute. He hadn't been in a band for ages before that. We think he used us as a stepping stone for his next project tbh. Now if he had single pedals....
5. They seem expensive. I think it's like 2 handed tapping, but permanent. Obviously more involved than that. I think that it's bass strings and guitar strings combined(but seperate) . How hard is the transition from bass? Anything else I need to know?
6. If you have no bands, you could end up like some of us playing with ourselves . It's therapeutic ,as there are no tantrums to deal with. Sleepless nights do happen occasionally . Best of luck with what you do .
7. Looks a bit like a pea bass. Wonder if they do it in brown ..don't think they could give it away now
8. If you had a fretless, and wanted a fretted, I could have given you a different angle. You could have fitted frets from 12th fret onwards. Then you have the best of both worlds. However, everyone above has given the same advice I'd give now .
9. Here you are Vester Done on ipad, so small. Sorry
10. Err , umm, I forgot about this . Pics in the next couple of days . You have been warned
11. Thanks for that . Got a cheapi mixer on here. I tried it last week . I put one end into mixer , and other end into my gk combo . Just sodding about at home recording bits on GarageBand
12. You must have bigger hands than Peter schmeicel. Have a bump
13. What have I started?? ;) Of course it's all marketing to buy more stuff . However, what can you do with one if go bought it ?

15.
I found the Apple keyboard ate batteries, and took to pulling them when it wasn't in use. I don't think the batteries in the mouse went but after 3 changes on the keyboard I reverted back to the wired versions.
Aha, maybe that's it. Tbh, I never turn off either keyboard or mouse. It's not too much of a problem ,as it is basically new. Sounds like I'll have to change batteries soon, then get in the habit of switching them off .
16. I only got this at Christmas . I use safari btw
