    Only just seen this thread and my only contribution to it is to say that, although I've liked some (not all) of The Smiths music, I've always had a loathing for everything that Morrissey has presented to the world as his 'The Man as serious artiste' persona... In recent years, the slow, unpeeling of his fake public persona has finally revealed the nasty, hate filled human being that he truly is. His reputation in the music business was always bad, and now his reputation as a public figure is on par with it. 😐

    Gorgeous.. Having owned a late 80s/early 90s Tobias Classic 5 string, I have no doubt at all that this will be a similarly brilliant bass! GLWTS 😊

    I had one of these for a while and it was ridiculously loud... It also sounded great too! 😊 The other thing is that these Amps will still be around long after WW3, along with cockroaches and Peavey gear.. 😁

    Gorgeous colour, and these 80s Tokais are just fabulous! This is a very fair price for such a quality instrument.. I had one of a very similar age and colour which I traded with the @Beedster back in 2007.. Still miss that bass... my therapist tells me I'll get over it (one day). 😁 Anyway, GLWTS 👍😊

    Just sold a vintage Trace Elliott amp to Mick who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.. Great comms, fast payment and very accommodating every step of the way.     Thanks Stew and 'hear, hear' to that! You know, I've never gigged this or even used it in a rehearsal since I got it from you... I've literally fired it up a few times and it sounded great every time. With no gigs on the horizon for me at the moment, and too much gear, it just doesn't make any sense for me to keep it.. As you say, I hope it stays in the Basschat family.. 😊
