Looks like a lovely job you've done there. If this hadn't sold, I might've taken it back to 'normal' too, although I would have probably ended up adding an ash veneer to match the ramp (a proper wood veneer this time). Enjoy, I know I did.

It seems that manufacturers can't have a NAMM or MusikMesse come around without having something 'new' to show off. These offerings from MM are definitely not for me, especially at what I can only suppose will be £1k+ prices. Has anyone looked at the guitars (sorry)? He is a top player which I think helps when it comes to designing and making basses. As I have a build on order, this thread doesn't make the wait any easier

It looked the biz before, but now that there're strings on it, it looks like a proper bass. That finish looks sooo deep.

David just bought my Ibanez GWB35. No muss, no fuss. Great comms and a nice fella to deal with into the bargain.
