  5. Steve Harris signature Seymour Duncan pick ups. I use a set in my p bass, and this is a set I briefly used in my other bass. In very good condition.
  6. For sale is a second hand Brownburst Squier bullet STRAT with vintage looking pickguard, pick up covers and knobs. Strings are Ernie Ball 10-46, new barely played. The neck is smooth with decent frets. Back if the neck has some knocks, this doesn't affect the playability. The guitar plays nicely. Action is medium and stays in tune. Tremolo works fine. The body has marks and a few chips. Tuner pegs are locking tuners, these are new £27. Asking price is £70. I can send you a link to how it sounds through a Marshall amp clean, dirty and overdrive unprocessed. I would prefer a local collection to avoid damage by delivery. But posting is possible. Can send a link how it sounds through Marshall clean, dirty, overdrive unprocessed.

  8. Looks like it's a no go for me.
  9. I've got a dilemma. To go or not to. The website itself lacks of info ( poorly presented). I see it as a one big marketing event, nothing appeals to me.
  10. Yeah. Thought thread was about should bands carry one... Only Jeff Waters is the original member.
  11. Annihilator.. underated trash metal band. Saw them two years back opening for Testament, should've been the other way. They play in London in October 🤘
  12. Just out of interest. If this is 150 w 4 ohm what cabs would you hook up.
  13. Cheers it's on the use CODE is on top of LBGS page. Dooh
  14. How to get the BC discount? There doesn't seem to be an option
  15. Beat me to it
  16. Well I'm not joining a band. Looked promising but the guitarist stopped the project. At least I know what to get if things happen in future.
  17. Agree, I'm in no rush spending money, but pre emptively wanted some advice on amp wattage. I've been to a few pub gigs and often cannot distinguish the difference between bass played in bands as all I hear is booming sound. Some with a bigger pedal board than guitar players and no difference in sound tone.
  18. Iron Maiden used to sleep in the van with their gear in.
  19. I bought a SquierMatt Freeman some years back. I replaced the pups with Seymour Duncan Spb 4. Months later I reverted to stock pups as the bass sounded better with them, at least to my ears. You can pick up a cheap Squier on e bay etc. Replace the bridge pups and tuners , still cheaper than overpriced bigger name basses.
  20. Your questions are light years ahead. But the plan is originals and rehearse in a studio. As for the gigs, it's far far away.
  21. P bass and flats is all you need
  22. I own a Squier jaz classic C vibe. Amazing. I replaced the stock pups with Seymour Duncan pups.
