Sounds like old dead flat wound strings, fits this genre. But could be upright bass?

I have been using Ez Drummer 2 for many years. It has various styles of drumming, grooves. It has patterns you can mix and match, intro , chorus, verse etc. Just check you tube for tutorials. You can manually play drums with keyboard or pc keyboard and it will find the best match. There's an update available to choose from different music genre. But it looks like you're looking for a more AI based drum stuff (no fun in it in IMHO). I believe Ez Drummer has been now upgraded to 3 and even maybe 4 version. There is also one called Steven Slatter vat and many more.

Felt sorry for Steve when his bass had no sound in The Number of the Beast intro for a few sec. Otherwise one of the best Maiden gig I've been to. Ordered this one to the Future Past tour in 2023 at at O2. I also found Steve's bass sounded better, more bass rather than highs. At least how it sounded to me.

I miss GAK never disappointed in customer care

Sorry for late reply , been busy. I recently took the amp off and serviced it. I took an old Halfords bike carrier apart. Cut it to the desired length, swapped the locking mechanism around so it works as a stand. I put some prosecco cork stops in the tubes to protect the carpet. It hold the old school Peavey bass combo, about 31 kg. It's not a pretty stand but the combo conceals it.

Ordered a few things from them in last few years, they even ordered a Fender bass for me from Europe. Always great customer service. I remember going to the shop off chance, nice store. Shame, real shame.

Share Your Embarrassing Early Recordings!
SH73 replied to Stub Mandrel's topic in General Discussion
I'd love to, we recorded some demos in a garage where we used to rehearse on a mono Aiwa tape player/recorded where you had to push the play and record button simultaneously. Good old garage practice sessions, we'd push the car out the garage to make room, every time you made contact with a vice on top of the worktop whilst playing guitar, you would get electrocuted. Drummer was safe. Unfortunately, someone nicked the cassette tape during a house party. But have some early VHS from late 80's , rather embarrassing! -
Even that may come up once in a blue moon

I've tried the lyrics generator, is better what was available before on the net. Not bad at all, the rhythm and the tune comes with it naturally with a bit of inspiration.
-
Cheers, I have tried one but had to register to generate it.

Mind sharing the programme name? Link?

Is the 20 minutes including mixing/mastering? It takes me minimum an hour but up to a few hours over days to lay a guitar track and still not happy. But it's satisfying.

I have been playing along bass backing tracks on You Tube for many years. There are several softwares to remove or isolate tracks. Which software or Daw you use?

I bought a bass on BC, the pickup was upgraded from SPB 1 to SPB 4, I didn't turn my nose up, the seller provided the original SPB 1, it was the bass paint job I was after not pick ups. I changed pick ups on a Squier jazz vintage C neck bass to SPB jazz pickups and don't regret it, I changed pickups on another precision bass and after a month I put the stock pups back. I don't see any issue as long as seller points it out , and or supplies original parts.

Are bank transfers safe to buy goods from here?
SH73 replied to lushuk's topic in General Discussion
Never had issues ,buying or selling. Used bank transfer, cash on collection and PayPal. If I didn't recognise the members name ( Avatar name) I checked the feedback page. I've always sealed smooth and worry free deals. -

My parcel delivery by Evri has been shocking in past few years. I had a rack mounted equipment lobbed over my gate landing on concrete , it works but caused it visual damage. I had a notification where my parcel was not delivered stating " customer refused delivery", I have two doorbells , door knock and was in all day waiting for the parcel. Another occasion, my parcel was delivered at 11:30 pm, it sat on doorstep all night, no notification until next morning We were up, no door knock nothing. The front room lights were on. I had a late notification as well that parcel was deliver half an hour ago, sat in the rain on doorstep. The list goes in and on. You can't even complain, because the calls seems to be automated and no one cares!
