    I'm in a three piece acoustic band that gigs regularly and we get anywhere from £90 for a 1 hour Sunday night gig to £500 for a wedding. We'll do a local pub gig for no less than £150 and if we have to travel it's no less than £200.Our average pub gig is £200 although some pubs pay £250. It is a tricky thing to get right because if you charge too much you won't get gigs and if you charge too little you're underselling yourself and upsetting other gigging musicians.

    I gig with one of these with my Washburn AB40SH Acoustic Bass and it really is the dogs bollox, sounds great paired with my Eden 2x10. Yes it has a few bells and whistles which I don't use but so do most amps. Run it through a Sansamp or effects pedals and you've got yourself a great powerful lightweight rig for electric bass too. I'm sorely tempted to buy this just in case I ever need another one. I can't really justify it though.

    I sold one of these recently for £250 so you should shift this no problem. Great amp, our singer still uses one for his guitar and vocals in our band.

    Saw an Austrian/German (not sure) band play this in Solden when I was skiing a few weeks ago, they did a great job with it.

No one is saying they don't believe you. By the way I've got a Clarus series 2 amp and it's the dogs bollox, I use it in my acoustic band and really can't see myself ever wanting anything else. Acoustic Image make great amps.

    I've just reported it too, I hate seeing guys getting ripped off. I doubt Ebay will do anything about it though as at the end of the day they'll get their cash from the pirate. We need to start highlighting the fact that Ebay allow this to go on even after being informed.
