I live in Swindon and am free for the two dates if required, I've played the Rolleston numerous times, great little rock pub. Give me a shout if I'm needed and I'll learn the set list.

We're gigging tonight from 7 - 9.00pm, hoping the rain stays away. I don't know what the contingency plan is although there's a decent pub which we've played at not too far from the street.

The P-Bass special has a Jazz neck as well as a Jazz pickup in the [s] neck [/s][i] bridge[/i] position.

We're playing Friday, Saturday and at a street party Monday. We did have a gig on Sunday too but that was cancelled.

My mate and guitarist for Hellfire has designed this [url="http://www.axcradle.co.uk/"]http://www.axcradle.co.uk/[/url] and is trying to get it up and running. He uses it everywhere. It's obviously only suitable if you've got a large cab for it to keep your Bass off the floor.

Like has been explained, this isn't an auction site, we've been down that route before. If you want to put a link on here, put a price on what you'd like for the item and negotiate from there. You can alternatively query how much someone thinks your item is worth if you're not sure but that would be on one of the other forums NOT the for sale ones. You can also do an advanced search in Ebay and look for completed items to give you an idea of how much things sell for second hand. Bear in mind that items tend to be a bit cheaper on this site than on Ebay.

Acoustic Band we start with Coldplay - The Scientist and follow that up with Mumford and Sons - Little Lion Man. Electric band we start with Stereophonics - Bartender and The Thief.

That Warwick of yours is screaming out for me to buy it as it would suit my new bands image and sound perfectly, however the truss rod issue puts me off.

I haven't played my Shuker in a while as I've been busy with my Acoustic band but last week I got a gig with a rock band so had to dust my Shuker off. The batteries were flat and my fret led's hadn't been working for a while but like I said I was busy with my Acoustic band so wasn't too bothered. Changed the batteries in my Shuker so I could get the active settings again and the led's still didn't work so thought I'd take off the back plate and see if a wire had come off the switch. All the wires seemed to be connected and then I noticed a 9v battery sat there. I thought it was one of the two for the active power and didn't actually click at first. The penny dropped when I looked up and saw how far the battery compartment was from the switch compartment (that's the DOH part) and there's no way it could be one of those batteries. Changed that and yep LED's are working again and I'm one happy bass player.

I've just ordered a set of chromes but since reading this have ordered a set of the Fenders to try too.
