1.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guitard has just picked up one of those Robert smith schecters. Sounds quite good, looks quite ugly. Not a patch on his tele's though.
Shhhhh don't say that, he used it last night and was proud as anything of it.
2. Sold Dave my Ampeg rig, great bloke, good comms, a hassle free deal all round.
3. Damn, Preston is a tad too far.
4. I make a similar sound with my lawnmower.
5. Acoustic Image.
6.
aren't they shorter scale?
32" scale. Shorter by 2" on a standard Fender Bass.
7. I really like them, haven't seen this before so thanks for posting. I'll get mine in a few months time when someone on here sells theirs
8. Replied. Back in blighty now.

10. Traded with John.
11. It's an absolute joy to play, I just don't have room for the B string right now. I'm still playing that Ibby that you sold me, which I love.
12. Looking at selling my Shuker Jazz 5 string. It's 33" scale and has top fret led's with 2 power levels so you don't lose your way on stage. Oh yes it's Rosewood with block markers, really does look and sound the biz. I'm totally committed to 4 strings these days so it's just lying around unused (that's not to say I won't use it in the future) Looking for £900 but could be open to trades.
13.
Guessing this weighs a ton?
Not far off it. All PM's replied to.
14. It did sound great, the J Retro is a great pre. I just didn't get on with the neck at all unfortunately.
15. I recently bought this Bass but I am more of a Jazz neck person and not having much luck so far in sourcing a similar neck I've decided to let this Bass go for what I paid for it and for what I think is a very good price. The link to the previous sale is here http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 with better pics and a description of the parts. I have increase the depth of the control cavity so that the East fits nice and snug in there now. If you want this Bass in a hurry I can post today or tomorrow otherwise it will be 17th before I can post it as I'm going on holiday. £400
16. Hi Decided to sell this rig as it's not what I'm looking for. Ideally I'd like to sell it as one complete unit which includes the 4U Flight Case. The SVP 1500 has had mods made to it in order to update the speaker connections. This includes a Speakon for bridged out, these mods can be seen in the pics. If you want this rig in a hurry I can post today or tomorrow otherwise it will be 17th before I can post it as I'm going on holiday. Combined Price is £400 Separate selling prices minus flightcase are SVP Pro - £250 SVP 1500 - £120 Pics below
17. Excellent, thanks for that.
18. Hi Steve I was wondering what the distance between the pots were, are they the same as a regular Jazz? I'd appreciate it if you could measure them for me.
