I agree with truckstop.....eminence delta...reasonable xmax...350 watts....a variant of this driver is fitted in my bergantino hs 210 which sounds great !!
Hi, I would go with a used markbass littlemark 2 or 3
and find a cheap cab....be it a 115/210 etc
having a separate amp and cab is more flexible
and usually better sounding than a combo
As the above title says, like the look of these cabs and wondered
what output is like compared to other 112 cabs of similar price etc.
I have heard treble is a little muted(but this suits me)
tc don't print any meaningful spec on any of their cabs !!!
I would be running two with a littlemark 2.
made in the same factory as the lakland skylines I reckon, and if so
none the worse for it...good spec, graphite reinforced neck a big
plus!..good hardware and I quite like the headstock!nicer than my
Ibanez atk!
very similar to my rat-fur covered hs210s...great sounding cabs!!
very loud for a 210 and a nice transition between the 10s and the
tweeter...I went from the berg 112s to the 210s and much prefer
the tone....
GLWTS
I would agree with lemmywinks..the traveller 151p along with the ny 151p is the way to
go..modern 15 inch drivers now have a half decent midrange along with good bottom end
wallop, plus markbass drivers are made by b & c(pressed steel basket)but still good...
swapping that tweeter out is a good move me thinks!!!
I got the blx 130....I don't know why!!..internal speaker blew! ended up taking the
amp section out and had it put in a rack sleeve and used with separate cabs.
great pokey amp....poor cab design(fair bottom end tho)Ooo
haven't used any tc gear, but heard a band where the bass player was using a rh450 with 2x210 cabs ....this was in a fairly small pub and I noticed the output volume set at 3'oclock!!... the sound wasn't that loud....so I think it could be underpowered.
