    Looking at buying a new amp around the £1000 mark....light weight 800watts minimum, what would you guys recommend?

    On one review, the ash bodiied 4 string weighed 4.5 kgs.....too much in my opinion and would be a deal breaker for me

    Just to add, I also have two barefaced super midgets which I tend to use the most....volume considering the small size is really good although the tweeters are fairly poor in my opinion.

    I have the Bergantino HDN 212 which is very good BUT only slightly better than the Genzbenz neox 212 I used to own...both cabs weight 46/47 lbs although the Bergantino is physically slightly smaller....in short, I wish I had kept the Genzbenz.

    I would think the power module used in the TE 1200 is the same as the Peavey minimega amp....just an assumption.

    Luck of the draw really, I managed to find a 95 stingray that weighs 8.6lbs...they do exist if you look hard enough lol.

    I have a 2003 stingray 5 and the neck needs to be adjusted quite often...just learned to live with it.

    Up for sale is a tote bag for barefaced super midget/mini cab I had it lmade a little taller so sheet music leads and cables would fit, also the smaller amps.....Trace elliot elf / eich T series will fit This is a quality bag, made with 10mm padded material....shipping included

    The Bart mk1 humbucker shape pickups are in fact reverse P design and very good they are too...apparently little is gained by upgrading to the usa bart pickups....Corts are good basses! I would try and get the A5.
