1. nice one, if it goes well i will be extremely jealous, i've wanted a fortress for a while!
2.
Anyway it may soon be seen in the for sale section here if I can decide what to replace it with. Also shown with my Spectors, Rebop 4DLX-EX Zebrano, Korean NS200-4 and Mr Gibson SGZ!
That SGZ is stunning! I remember seeing one on ebay ages ago and heaving REALLY bad GAS!
3.
Just wondering.... What did you type into google or youtube to find this?!!?!
"Japanese ladyman"? I'm not one to judge!
4.
So LET ME get this right.....you've never heard of a drummer that twiddles with knobs?
Mine does, we're all a little bit worried about him
5. i'm pretty sure the NT mockingbird basses are only £400-£500 over here? Yeah, there you go I just think the NT ones are probably much better, they seem to be more similar to back in the day when they used to make consistantly good instruments, like the eagle. Of course never having played one, i couldn't really know.
6. i was under the assumption that because it was one of the new bc riches with a bolt on neck and only £400, it wouldn't be very good... You tried that neck thru mockingbird? i'd quite like one of them, looks like a nice bass.
7. what wayne said
8. I think £50 would be rather expensive for me... my local luthier charges about £25 for a setup, though he probably isn't as expert in the field as joe white.
9.
Hi Folks Quick question: how many of you would like to have someone doing set-ups at the Bash? We have a couple of good people in mind but need to gauge strength of interest first before confirming... Thanks Nik
Yeah that would interest me, my $$ could probably do with a setup, though it also depends how much this person would be charging.
10.
ok i borrowed (stole) my brother's subwoofer....and i take it back i can feel it now....i apologise
He's really a very good bassist
11. Now on ebay If any BCers want it, i'll end the auction for 100 posted like advertised on here, so long as it has no bids
12. that was fast!
13. haha that would be it then, you won't get any low end on them!
14. i can hear the bass really well throughout.... of course it helps that i'm using relatively decent speakers compared to what most people use...
15. last bump before ebay... people usually go mad for these, i don't get it
16. how odd, the bongo should have a massive output, being 18V and all... have you looked inside at the circuitry? there may be a level adjuster actually on the circuit board that you have to adjust with a little screwdriver.
17. for that sort of money, you'd at least expect the wings to match just a little bit.... Other than that, pretty bass
18.
hi buddy, its the mag 2x10 deep cab, i know its 250 watts, but im not sure of the other things mate im not really clued up on it, but its 8 ohms aparently? let me know what you think matey, i need rid of these asap x
8 ohms indeed good luck with the sale mate, just been using my MAG 210 with my ABM today for band practice, great sounding cab
19. duuuude, wash your feet!
20. Adam Duce in Machine Head - a farewell to arms/halo I know he uses a zon through a sansamp PS-1 and a mesa amp of some description, tried a sansamp and it just didn't do it for me, though my ashdown ABM gets me a similar sound that is pretty nice
21. haha, i don't exactly have girly hands, but i'm not a fan of the stingray neck, the bongo neck on the other hand, verry nice not tried a sterling properly yet, but i quite like the idea....
22. hi mate, would you trade for a sansamp para driver?
