11.
Numanoid is just the name for Numan fans. As one I can tell you that we still exist and if you were to go along to any of the upcoming gigs in November and December you would see many more. Some people did wear the white and blue make-up in '84 when that was the current image but it isn't required. I'm not sure if there was a specific problem with Mick Karn but the band Japan did invite Numan to join them on tour when they were in Nippon and then ran off and left him. He ended up spending time with Queen, who were very kind to him. Roger Taylor played drums on a couple of tracks of the Dance album, which also featured Karn. I forget what the relevant timings were but I am not aware of any particular animosity between Numan and Karn.
Fantastic,thank you my electric friend.

 14.
In fact... yes... about the 1968 PB I've just been contacted by old fans of the band where the 1st owner of my 68 PB used to play. His name is Tony Carbonare, basse player of "Groupe Machin" (The Thing Band), a very popular underground french band during the seventies !!!! They recognised the bass, and told me that this instrument had a nickname "La Cancoillote". "Cancoillote" is the name of a French Stinky chesse.... They brushed up on tons of anecdotes, but I think that I won't be able to translate this kind of french humor !!!!
Beautiful bass mate,im well into rare underground french music of the 70s,have you heard of a band called cortex they have some superb playing on there albums.
 15.
It's in the key of Db and the song revolves around a ii-V progression - Ebm7 - Ab13. Presumably this will be of interest to you?: http://www.basslinepublishing.com/brand-ne...her-sister.html Will be released in a few weeks time. Stu
Stu does it have the guitar parts as well mate?
 16.
Decided to get a little jazzy funky, so dug out the Brother Sister album by the Brand New Heavies. Specifically the first track HAVE A GOOD TIME. I've got most of it nailed, apart from the little impro bit where the sax does the solo. I know the whole song revolves around Ab and Db (or the enharmonic equivalants) but my theory is very basic so I'm struggling to identify what key it is in and the relevant scales for the chords. Sorry if this isn't very clear, but can anyone provide some guidance.
Never tried this one but i do remember having trouble figuring out dream on dreamer a few years back, some of the lines are a lot harder than they sound.Andrew levy is a very underrated player.
