1.
Windows has never been anything but "rubbish" in my experience, they have always been unpleasent, especially the guy who looks like Neil from the young ones who stands the wrong way round at the counter facing the wall eating seeds.... Then again, now i live in Portsmouth i really miss having the choice of 3 or 4 shops to go mooch around at my will, as all i have now is Nevada and thats a car journey away. Guitar Guitar, and the now sadly defunct Soundcontrol where my favourites, even though it felt like Soundcontrol again in Guitar Guitar with George kicking around! Its been a year since i was last in Newcastle so i at least hope he's still there!
Hhahahahahahha
2. I cant believe he went on the program, more dignity lost. Just not cool.
3. I always thought it was crap, bring back bassist magazine.

5.
Somehow or other, I stumbled across this guy - Westley William Holdsworth on the net (ebay... I think) With his little company 'Sixties Effects' "Sixties Effects is a small independent company producing effects pedals using technology and parts from both the past and the future. .." Anyway... I've virtual chatted to him about my need for a colorsound type fuzz & I'm quite impressed with the cut of his jib (!) He's offering a 5 year warranty on his 'Infinite Fuzz' & a month trial, returnable if you don't like... no questions asked!.. Here's the details... Infinite Fuzz For £60, I've ordered the Germanium bass version of his box, which should be arriving soon.... Might as well give it a go... nothing to lose... Anyone heard of these?... tried one?... bought?... Know the guy? Seems worth a shot.......
Just because something is labelled as using germanium transistors will not make it sound good, the germanium transistors need to be from a good batch. You can buy an original arbiter fuzz face from the 60s for megabucks and it could still sound crap. The moral of the story try befor you buy with anything to do with vintage sounds. It wont always give you what you are expecting.
6. I enjoy fingering and slapping most people i know enjoy this the most :brow:
7.
How about we all learn this and post our own versions dressed in the feminine versions of our traditional local attire? Maybe it could become the Basschat anthem to be played at the next BassDay? Or maybe I've watched all of his video's too many times?
Im in!
8. I can play this fairly well im quite pleased its the sort of line that is very difficult to play for any long period of time,i dont know if i could gig it.
9. I think someone should try and contact him and get him on here for an interview.
10. I despised my first singer he reminded me of tommy steel, and could only write bloody awful pop songs,i was renting a room from him and one day i had just had enough of his face and chirpy piss taking,so i just left.

13. No i think you misunderstand the whole point is i want to listen to my amp through headphones but it doesnt have a head phone socket.
14. What,so send the amp to the input then?will it not damage the zoom unit.
15. Im thinking of buying a fairly large combo,i would like to practice at night when not rehersing but there is no headphone socket.Does anybody know a way round this so my neighbours dont shoot me when i practice.Could i send to my little zoom B2 unit and then listen to the amp via that on headphones or would the signal blow it up?Cheers.
16. I like get ready, its a good tune, the guy has a good voice. I like a guy called lewis taylor who is similar.
17. Filthy beast! Get a one with a decent sized hard drive they seem to be the most flexable to me,i have a 20g JVC which is dead easy to use,try and get a decent optical zoom.

21. I think cliff burton is very overrated as is chris squire. sorry but i cant stand burtons tone,i liked his flares and attitude though.I like yes especially the first album,i just dont think there is anything mind blowing about squires playing, although he is very good.
22. Frustrated drummer?
23. Its sex,a bit like miss monroe,i dont think this design could be bettered.I have owned various exspensive basses but a bog standard jazz with a preamp just feels like coming home. How could a million fantastic basslines in songs be wrong.
