3.
Many thanks for the compliment, Witterth, but Fred's "Rail" was a seriously cool bass. The whole point of the rail-based pickup was you could adapt it for so many different bass sounds just by sliding the pickup along the "rail." Such a simple idea, but very effective. I've been waiting for one to come up for sale on here for a long time now. It will come...
Cant think why this sliding pickup thing never really took off shame really.
 4. My uncle took me to see the stones at st james park in 88 or 89 anyway it was the urban jungle tour,i was near the exit gantry and saw them close up it was like they werent real, they seemed to wear a lot of make up as well.Awesome.
 5.
Really not trying to be smart@ss, honest. but I cant hear any other bass, other than sequenced/arpeggiated analogue synth. probably a pro88(?) if that what they were called...cant properly recall....., Mike Lindup had one
Sequential circuits prophet1 or prophet5. Awesome synths worth a lot now prophet 5s were one of the first to have MIDI.
 6. id say its definately an analog synth i can tell by the way the arpeggiator is set.

 25.
Hey guys!! I am after a little bit of help with making a bit of an intro for our band's new live set! The band is called Driller, and so true to the name we want to make an intro that is a mixture of building site pneumatic drill and electric drill sounds which can then merge into the note of our first song (which starts on D flat). Anyway I thought there must be someone on here that will know how you could make an intro like this!? And then once we've made one, how would we play it back just before we go on stage and play the first song!? Cheers in advance! Silky
Sony acid pro could do this you would need to drop the samples next to a sample of an instrument playing a chord in d flat then pitch adjust the drill sample until it is in tune with this.
