    Advice please

That Valeton dapper in the classifieds looks really good! And basically stop boxes in one. That's where I'd start 😁

  8. If i can sell my Yamahas I'll be very tempted!
  9. This is standard on a USA Fender Highway 1 so will Likely fit,USA,MIM (Nate Mendel, roadworn etc)not sure about Squier or 3 ply and in good condition! Note- it is more of a cream colour in the flesh, than the photos show. SOLD!
  10. I need this sold! Β£415 delivered, or if Any one local can collect Β£400.
  11. Epifani sold! Looking to move this Bergantino cab on. I will trade this for a Markbass CMD 112p
  12. I always thought it was Anthony because of the flange. But Will Lee used chorus/flange a lot in his 70s recordings. I'm a huge fan of Will and im still trying to recreate his tone on Randy Crawford's "I hope you'll be very unhappy without me" beautiful singing tone. Nearest I've got was the flanger setting on my old EBS unichorus. I read an interview with Will, where he mentioned Willie Weeks contacted him,to talk through the use of effects. Willie Weeks flanged/choruses Bass work, was also features on Chaka Khan records. Anthony's tone on "Clouds" though 😍😍😍
  13. Bass on "I'm every Woman" was Will Lee. As I recall he used a rackmounted MXR doubler/delay set for a flanger setting. Absolutely awesome sound, I'm still chasing it myself😁
  14. You jammy Γ·=/_€#@€/$@ πŸ˜‚ Nice purchase! Very well done, give me call if you want to move it on! 😁
  15. Very nice indeed! Full Travis spec too! 😁
  16. 😍😍😍😍
  17. Beautiful bass! I had a similar refinished 1990 Streamer S1, it was amazing. If I had the cash etc etc! 😁 Fantastic price, from a long standing seller, buy with confidence.
  18. Lovely Chorus and the Flanger is fantastic!
  19. If you can collect it, this is the best Β£200 you'll ever spend!
  20. Sorry Muzz I had the 1025x so I haven't tried 1024. I loved the neck on the 1025 as i found it gad a nice wide spacing a shallow C profile and a Very flat fongerboard radius which I love. The 424 and 2024 had similar necks which I found to be very similar to my Musicman Sterling, which is a kind of chunky jazz neck (similar to 70s jazz) slim but more of a shallow D, it's a very comfortable profile indeed, I love the neck on my 424.
