    I've been very tempted by the SR 1206 VNF on ebay at the minute. But then I realise I didn't really get on with the last 6 I owned, and this one would likely suit me even less as I'm a 19mm string spacing sort (18mm at a push!) so 16.5mm is just too tight... But it doesn't stop me wanting it!

    LS bought my ACG Recurve. Despite UPS trying their best to screw the pooch, LS was a pleasure to deal with in every regard and very understanding of the (beyond my control) shipping delay. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again! UPS however...

    @ped I'm looking at shipping with Eurosender but the small print seems to be spelled out here: https://www.eurosender.com/en/shipping-insurance in large print. That makes me a little nervous as the validity of the "top-up" insurance seems overly reliant on the courier's assessment of the situation rather than Eurosender's. Does that sound like a fair assessment?

    There's the little Focusrite iTrack Pocket interface. It has built in mics. Never used the feature myself though, but it gives you something to google!

    Thanks @wright/watt! It's a great bass, nice and understated, and if I didn't already have a 5 string ACG I'd be keeping it without question, but the aim now is to trim down to 3 basses (ACG, wedding present P-bass and my old Aria Pro). Everything else bass-wise is going...
