    I have my transmitter a tad further up my strap than most (I think), I can reach it comfortably but it lays flat against my ribs at the back so doesn't flap about when I'm cavorting around the stage

    well, Martin doesn't get GAS often at all, he just bought my Markbass combo, flawless transaction (apart from me having my headphones on practising when he arrived and not hearing the door), highly recommended.

    has anyone jumped from enki to scott dixon or vice versa? any comments on pros - cons for either? both are spendy, scott dixon have much easier access for stage use...

    My beloved Orange AD200b, power valves all changed and thoroughly serviced after having sat for the duration of covid, cleaned after it's being sat and now it's looking and sounding really smart, I've completely fallen for the sound of my Fender Bassman 100 though so it's just not getting used, I took it to a gig this saturday just gone and while it sounded superb it just didn't do it for me anymore, something about the mid grit in the Fender just feels good to me when paired with my Barefaced Six10.     there are a couple I'd like to play again now to see if I still think they're awesome... I had a Samick 5 string Saturn bass in a weird dark green with crackles of gold type finish, loved that thing, think I chopped it in towards a... Warwick NT thumb 5, stunning machine, not the sound I needed then but very tempted to try again now Also had a lovely Fender J with natural ash body and maple board, smelled amazing in that new Fender way but it was too early in my journey for me to know about setting it up to suit me and couldn't get on with it...foolishly let that go

    This has been a staple of my festival board for a while but I've fallen in lust with the Origin Effects bassrig blackpanel so need to raise some cash, condition is great just a few minor marks, everything works as it should, sounds lush, I bought a spare valve for it 'just in case' but have never needed to use it (included). Power supply also included but I've been running it from my pedal power with no issues as it had a suitable 12v outlet. Local collection always welcome but happy to post within UK.

    for google photos it only seems to work if you right click on the image and select 'copy image address' then paste it direct into the post-box
