1. "ITS SOMETHING A BIT DIFFERENT AND WILL ENABLE ITS NEW OWNER TO REALLY STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD!" Yeah. I've never saw a sunburst jazz bass before...
2.
Mmm very nice
+1 really nice looking bass. how do these sound?
3. accidental double post.
4. Bought this just after Christmas last year and its an amazing little pedal that I'm sure needs no explaination. Will be buying another one of these pedals as soon as I stop deciding I want everything on the basses for sale section! comes fully boxed with manuals etc (think I have the reciept somewhere as well. £90 Bank Transfer posted to UK Mainland. can email across pictures cheers, Cameron
5. Nifty looking basses them. Haven't played one though!
6.
Isn't the Warwick an FNA jazzman? I'm sure the LX is the PJ config
According to the truss rod cover it's a Streamer LX Jazzman
7. I would have left as soon as they said that.
8. Damn being skint. this marketplace haunts me.
9. I hate fender but that thing is gorgeous!
10. Satire at its finest.
11. Fantastic piece of generosity and extremely gutting that I live so far away. Playing without an amp/rig for almost 4 years hasn't done my playing any good!
12. Normally when it comes to expensive gear I tend to buy online (mainly due to being poor) but for smaller stuff such as strings, (some) pedals etc I try to go to shops but the two local music shops here are horrendous for bass. Only one of them stocks Elixirs and last time I was there they were asking close to £50 for them. The staff are usually friendly and helpful but considering the last 2 sets of Elixirs I've bought were for almost half of that, I can't justify that price difference. And as far as actual bass stock goes it's dire at best.
13.
Yep, and ye were a pleasure to deal with buddy! Honestly, this is a ridiculously huge amount of bass for the money. At this price an absolute steal!
agreed. if only I could get along with 4 strings and a precision pickup!

15. Beautiful cut of wood indeed!
16.
I can imagine that some are searching for 'the one", and having some great pleasure along the way. The used market is flooded at the moment, and as one BC member noted earlier, you can buy and sell, and the sums lost in a transaction can be counted as little more than a "rental" fee.
This.
17.
Don't do it buddy, or if you must then please get it done by a pro as it is too beautiful a bass to mess up! The Twin J pickups are fantastic, though, and having two with coil taps on both would be awesome!
it would be done professionally but ideally I don't want to modify such a bass. Will give it more time on the marketplace before I do anything brash though.

19.
!!!
I know...but I really don't like the p-bass tone
20. Ive had 2 35" scale basses (Lakland 5501 and a Spectorcore 5) and didnt notice a difference in feel of the bass but the Low B sounded much more present than any 34" scale bass I've owned. Ive noticed a lot of really nice 5 string basses in the marketplace that were 33" which perplexes me but I guess I can't knock it till I've tried it!
21. Bass > Compressor > Amp
22. Figure while it doesn't look like it's going anywhere, heres my Dirty Blonde Thumb bass I know it must break a billion unwritten rules of owning such a bass but I'm very close to taking out the P pickup and adding another twin jazz pickup... 23. I'm going to be honest, I hate Rickenbackers and practically everything about them. Saying that, I saw the walnut 4003 in guitarguitar the other day and it was seriously pretty. I felt dirty for liking it.
24. Been wanting to try one of these for ages now
