  2. Very much considering selling my QC, if I can get the right price. I use a patch with a compressor, drive, delay and a phaser for most live stuff I do and then a patch that I use fro practice. It does seem crazy to me that I'm using so little of its potential. It does sound amazing though but I watched the IMA video and some of the things he mentioned were things I felt about the QC.
  3. Probably to have as a 4ohm pair. When I’ve used mine together they are much more than the sum of their parts 🙂
  4. Bought this a few weeks ago for a gig I had at new year as a last minute replacement for my fuzz that died. Since got my usual fuzz repaired so this isn’t needed. Pretty much brand new except Velcro on the back. Price includes shipping in the UK, cheers!

  6. Dig Up Her Bones - Misfits
  7. Thats exactly the point I was trying to illustrate Lawrie, I was surprised that a few people thought it was genuine and how vigilant a buyer would need to be...When I was initially offered this all the facts and detailed pics of the instrument were shown to me and full disclosure of it being a replica, I didnt buy it of course as I was after a genuine Jazz which I eventually got, my concern would be when it is bought by a buyer who could then try to pass it off as a genuine Vintage Bass down the line. Luckily we have a lot of Vintage experts on this forum who can be relied upon for advice and allay any concerns when purchasing a Vintage instrument
  8. Too Late For Love - Def Leppard
  9. An unbelievable piece of Bass amplification royalty. Pure quality both in construction and sound. Absolutely amazing condition too! Our roadies back in the day would have thrown it all head first into our transit van....
  10. Haven’t been able to get it to load all day.
  11. Today
  12. Well, four hours later and it isn't loading now.
  13. Lightweight 115 cab; originally part of a two-piece combo, but without the amp now. It’s not in pristine condition, so it was excellent for my pub band (now folded). 17kg - you can carry it with one hand. 500w @ 4ohms. Tilts back. 15” neodymium speaker. Always-on tweeter. Mainland UK delivery £20
  14. Membership revoked!!
  15. My first DB was a 3/4 Zeller, and it got me well off the ground for the first few years. Great kit! GLWTS 👍
  16. No. Yes. I watch educational videos with good intentions, but find myself distracted by those same videos. Get a teacher, if you can - a good teacher is better than a video, I would say.
  17. Hold On I'm Coming - Sam & Dave
  18. I was wondering why the 2 were mentioned earlier, makes sense now
  19. I’d Rather Go Blind - Etta James
  20. Open Your Eyes - Snow Patrol
  21. Close to me. The Cure
  22. Close to You - The Carpenters
  23. I would suggest a ukulele. It looks like a guitar, but has fewer strings to worry about. They are taught at school too, I am told. Quality of the cheaper instruments vary, so, try before you buy.
  24. Far Far Away - Slade
  25. 1.5 Litres (= 1 magnum) Astronaut Katie Perry Bruno Planet Musk
  26. I got mine. I was notified very quickly after requesting the refund, with the funds appearing in my account just over a week later.
