Hey SSG's (sweet, sweet guys!), I'm in the middle of doing a deal for a rather nice 1995 Stingray (which I think a couple of BC members have previously owned.) Only thing is, it's been modded/monkied with and I want to get it as close to stock as I can. It's had an Aguilar OBP 2-band preamp added, a blend control (is it's now four knob, as opposed to three on the control plate), a side jack socket added, and it's previously had Aguilar pickups added, including a rout for an "HS" configuration. The current owner has removed the single coil pickup and replaced the Aguilar humbucker with the proper MM one which was kindly sent by the original 'modder', so it looks fine now (or will do) with a new black scratch plate (on order as we speak), but it has four controls, one of which doesn't work, being as the single coil has been excised. Here's what I'm thinking - add a new jack socket to the four-hole control plate and maybe turn the side jack into an XLR? Or maybe leave it as is and just have a fourth control that does nothing. Any other options you can think of? With mods... (photo credit SweenyRod) ... and currently

Yeah I was hoping there would be something obvious I'd missed but will try getting in touch with them. Thanks folks. -
It was a great bass and I wish I hadn't sold it. But I have a similar Roadster version that will play again soon, once I replace the 2 broken tuners. I'd love an SR1206, but am specifically looking for a 1996 version. Peaveys are rare here and I'd I've love a Grind or especially a Cirrus 6. I don't need wither, nor the BTB 6 and 7 that I might be able to pick up cheap locally.

Used for a few months …. spec below No more batteries to change, no more tangled cables to trip over. The FuelTank is the perfect power supply unit for guitarists who want to focus on their performance, not their gear. Delivering 1.500 mA of power through ten DC plugs, FuelTank powers all your pedals, keeping you running on full power night after night. With a compact design, FuelTank fits conveniently every pedalboard including the T-Rex ToneTrunk effect board. And it comes with all the cables you need to get you up and running. Key Features The Only Non-Isolated Power Supply! - Non-isolated power supplies also have an efficiency advantage. The lack of isolation barriers provides direct control and monitoring of the output, which enables better performance and regulation. All the Cables you Need – The Fuel Tank comes complete with a collection of different cables to connect your pedals efficiently. Pure Classic Power Fuel Tank delivers 1.500 mA of reliable power. Two of the ten outputs provide 12-volt power with isolated ground, one DC and the other AC, for AC pedals. Each output is short-circuit protected. Eight 9-volt DC output plugs, all sharing the same ground. Giving a total of 500 mA One 12-volt DC output with isolated ground, giving 500 mA One 12-volt AC output with isolated ground, giving 500 mA The Only Non-Isolated Power Supply What Is a Non-Isolated Power Supply? As you may have guessed, a non-isolated power supply does not have insulation to isolate the circuit. Both the input and output share a common ground, so the current can flow between them through a single circuit. What's in the Box? MAINS input power plug, 3-pin standard plug One 5-connector link cable/daisy chain for the DC outputs Eight black extension cables for the DC outputs, length 25 cm Ten black extension cables for the DC outputs, length 50 cm Two red extension cables for the 12-volt AC output, 25 cm Who are T Rex? T Rex are based in Denmark and have been established since 1996. They are one of the original "boutique" pedal manufacturers, offering guitar and bass players a superior range of FX pedals. Specifications The dimensions of the FuelTank are: L:15,8 cm H:3,8 cm W:7,6 cm Notable Points Want to mount this underneath your pedalboard? Mounting Brackets that attach are sold separately. If you have a pedal that only accepts 18 volt, you cannot use the Classic. You need the FuelTank Chameleon or the FuelTank Junior and the yellow voltage doubler cable.

I think I can answer some of your questions. Some work is in need, although the necks are complete with fretboards and frets (if you do not order a fretless). Bolt attachment holes are not pre drilled. Start from P and J neck details which cover most of the features.

Selling this 1977 Fender Precision bass in three tone sunburst. All original except the brass pickguard which comes from a a Japanese Fernandes from the same era (a bit later in 1980). Miraculously the pickguard holes align perfectly. The original pickguard comes with the bass too (last picture). Back to topic . Ash body, maple neck. Neck is perfectly straight with low action, trussrod turns both ways and frets are in good shape. The neck is a pleasure to play, chunkier than a C shape but fast and comfortable. It sounds honestly amazing with punch, thumb and definition. This is the real deal. With the brass pickguard, she weights at 4,350 kgs and with the original one, at 4,050kgs. Only the original pickguard had a mod, a hole was made between the two potentiometers, probably because phase switch was here at some point. Of course, the pickup and electronics are original. Shipping worldwide on a bulletproof package.

Yep anything that’s class D powered from Ampeg has been bad news However their SVT CL and V4B are still great amps even though they are huge and very heavy. I think Ampeg for the rest of the market must be seeing falling sales as they are a long way behind Ashdown, Peavey, MarkBass, Genzler, Eich, Orange, Laney, Aguilar, pretty much anyone who makes a decent bass amp
