  1. Past hour
  2. If you sign up for updates they are ask for your amp model, not what "valves" you are wanting.
  3. How would this work as a preamp, sim doing straight into a direct box? Going for a b-15 ish sound
  4. You know….. I might just prefer the guitar one
  5. Not going to be unplayed for long 😅
  6. Did a pedal trade with Jim. Awesome to deal with, all went fine! Pleasure to do business with!
  7. What happened?
  8. Yep, i imagine it's for exactly that reason, it gives them deniability, which at their prices and with their reputation, they should not need. Poor form
  9. £262 for a Bart P? I could buy a Monty's P and have a semi-extravagant hour out in Cheltenham with Mr Monty himself for that money. Christmas Eve!!!
  10. Beautiful isn't it?
  11. You certainly avoid a misdescription that way
  12. I just bought a Sansamp Programmable from Jez. An easy transaction, fast postage, and a gnarly pedal as described. Would happily buy from again. Cheers!
  13. '51s are the new black Andy. You watch, this time next year they'll all be playing them 👍
  14. Would be lovely mate, bass account back to £0 after the recent purchase
  15. I thought I had seen and heard Marcus playing a Sadowsky 5 string, check this out. Pretty sure he used this same bass on High Life by Wayne Shorter. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1705956527472114&surface_type=vod&referral_source=vod_newsfeed_unit
  16. Well… I love 51’/tele basses. Had a very nice custom shop “sting” and have had a MIJ reissue at some point. Saw this on a facebook page and just went for it. Thanks to @walshyfor doing the middleman bit. So spec is Fender neck - stripped, nitro refin guitarbuild ash body, nitro BSB fralin pickup Gotoh reverse machineheads bakelite pickguard bakelite saddles etc some posh pots and capacitors etc. Fender covers all slot-head screws as per early 51’s needs some tweaks to suit, but it’s ace. slightly heavy at 10.5lbs…but it’s a resonant chunk.
  17. Yes I read this. It’s also why all the Fenders are built using tools we’d all have access too.
  18. Cool amps! Used to love mine.
  19. 1 x very unfinished. Weight 2.06kg. Wood type Unknown. 1 x Squier 70's. Fairly average relic attempt. Weight 1.64kg Postage about £5
  20. Allparts have them at the higher price: https://allparts.uk.com/products/bartolini-split-pickup-for-p-bass-8s?srsltid=AfmBOoqwAaaFZhkCgdLlnnht9EEJv411mRxHcxLX8PYT5sQBaiQuy1sa Maybe wait and see if they sell out at Bass Direct and then come back at a higher price!
  21. Wavy Grovers! Split pickguard! Extra tailpiece screws! Lovely example of an early 4003, and it looks pretty much unplayed!
  22. ^ An AI telling you how to avoid being confused with a Muppet.
  23. If anyone is on the fence about coming to the Sheffield PhazedOut Festival on Saturday May 3rd, where my band SHREDS. are opening for AGNOSTIC FRONT, please send me a DM... I might be able to help you out.
  24. Have a chat with Martin at @Stoneham amplification, he’s very busy but he might be able to help.
