  3. £69 posted for the vapour trail now. Similar to the carbon copy but more flexible
  4. This needs it's own OnlyFans... Pretty sure I bought a MarkBass SD1200 from you a decade or so ago? If so, a top man to deal with! If not, probably still a top man to deal with! 😆
  5. Then it's fine. 👌🏻
  6. These are really good! I use it a lot for monitoring and sometimes even as an amp in small listening concerts

  8. …If you have dreams of emulating classic Hiwatt bass tones such as the Ox live at Leeds or Roger Waters live in Pompeii… well this ISN’t the Hiwatt combo for you… I picked it up last year as a freebie on FB MP to save it from Landfill, not sure it was worth the time , effort or diesel money, but I did try. I keep moving it around the house and shed , so It’s time to move it on. For the right person it might make an interesting project. It works (sort of) but has a tendency to distort. The 6” speaker seems massively under rated and ineffective for even modest bass signals, so with some fettling a better quality/size speaker might just about squeeze in. The controls seem to work, but probably the PCB needs a look over to check for poor solder joints etc, so it is spares or repair. Other than that is decent condition, I don’t have a spare IEC cable for it. Was thinking a £10 to cover postage and faffing /energy packaging it up and posting Thanks Neil
  9. Many thanks for the clarification. I'm in the market for a new head but I'm a bit out of touch with new developments, haven't looked for a new head for some years.
  10. I'm not for one mad moment going to say that Dingwalls are for everyone... but... if you pick one up with an open mind you may be very surprised by how easy they are to play and they are good for pretty much any genre, sound wise.
  11. The Action is about 9mm at the end of the fingerboard . I think when I took the photo , the strings were off the bridge .

  15. I have to say I was browsing in Anderton's last week and tried a 5 string Dingwall Combustion Nashville Edition. Call me mad but I totally fell for the banjo sized frets it had. My hands just glided over the fretboard with barely any effort. Playability for days...

  17. I think it's the PSU at risk, rather than the pedal. Regulators aren't perfect, so whichever gives the highest voltage will do all the work until the load drags its output down to the level of the next one and so on... Whether this causes issues depends on several things. If they are just tied internally (in which case you may as well just use one of them) or if they are just a single source and isolated by diodes then you'll be fine. If they are truly isolated and floating, success will depend on how well they are matched.
  18. Grey embossed strap now sold.
  19. Do not underestimate this make of pickups, Delano are excellent,
  20. Did Spencer work with Darkglass? Wow, never heard of that! Darkglass would kill it on the octave/filter market with his know how haha
  21. If what I see is the actual action, you should raise it to avoid sounding like a fretless bass with too much mwah. 😉 And congratulations for your very personal EUB.
  22. I’m looking for a powered cab. My current band use IEMs and no amps on stage. (I use my ebs micro 3 bass straight into the desk) Occasionally I dep with other bands that I need to have sound on stage. Is there any powered speakers out there that are light but not the price of GR ones ?
