Fender blacktop jazz bass. Only played a few times, excellent condition. Includes original fender hard case. Made in Mexico, 2013 model. Champagne/pearl colour. I have swapped the pick guard for the purple tortoise shell. Original black pick guard comes with sale. A few of the pick guard screws have some rust on. All specs can be seen in the last few pictures. Sad to get rid of it but I am no longer the bassist in a band so have little use for it. Sounds incredible, the dual split coil pick ups give an amazing tone. Any questions feel free to ask.-

I bought a Cirrus 5 (Indonesia) about 6 months or so ago as I thought it might be handy to deal with the drop D songs without de-tuning and I love it. Really high quality. I definately gonlooking at other Peaveys now. Maybe even a 4 string Cirrus too....

They're only set that way for low volume home practice, like an old fashioned "Loudess" control. I only use the mid pre shape shape 1 button live with my Bergantino HD210 cabs; sounds brilliant.

I've seen and played the Z3 black sparkle. The finishes are very sparkly and they do sound eerily like a pre EB Stingray. If I were to buy one, I'd have to have the 5-string, as a Stingray (or copy thereof) needs the one tuning key pointing downwards.

Don't think I will ever forget the time we turned up for a function gig at a hotel and were told it was upstairs. We were then told we couldn't go up the main staircase but had to lug our gear up a fire escape. The memory of that and my SMX combo have become the stuff of nightmares. I would die if I had to do it now.

Hi folks, for sale is my Alembic Brown Bass from 2017 bought new at Station Music, Germany in 2019. I have to thin out the herd and that‘s why I want to sell some basses. After years of buying, selling and trading it‘s time to "settle down" with just a 2 or 3 basses. This bass is in very good condition, besides a few tiny dents as you can see in the pictures. Electronics and truss-rod work with no issues. Comes with the original case and certificate. Over the last decades Alembic have learned to built basses that are much more ergonomic than the older one. And in my honest opinion that‘s the main advantage in constrast to the older ones. My bass weights 4,1 kg only and has no neck diving. Pick up is preferred. Maybe we can meet in person somewhere on half distance. If you need more pictures let me know. No warranty, no return and no guarantee because I am a private seller. But all informations is provided to the best of my knowledge and belief. I am open to trades, but there are only a few basses that I am interested in. A German Democratic Republic mandolin, for sale. I have played it occasionally for the past 25 years, but have now upgraded to another mandolin. To be fair to any prospective buyers, the action is a little high, and having no truss rod on the instrument makes it difficult to lower further. Moreover, the tuning pegs a perishing, and some have been repaired. This would be a good instrument for anyone wanting to try out the mandolin. -

Yep really great amps but not with the EQ set the way it is that photo. Loose the bass and push the low mids then let the magic begin.

Now, the upcoming HZB4 looks a bit better to me, though a 5-string would be preferable. The changes from the HNB5 are subtle e.g. the pickguard is not quite as mad and isn't under half the controls. The rear doesn't have a cavity all the way under the bridge. These pics are the Satin Silver (top) and Gloss Aura Pearl (rear) finishes, it's also expected in Satin Black.

Are those 2 band EQs? I thought the Sterling only came with 3 band EQ and the pickup selector switch... Shows what I know!

Hi, I have the same bass and I need a new nut. I'm having some difficulty finding an exact match and wondered if you had ever had to replace the nut on yours? Also, not sure if the nut is flat bottomed or not (the existing one is still attached but is cracked). The bass is still playable but the sustain on the A string has fallen away badly as this is where the crack is.
