I'm actually surprised at how cool that looks.
-
Don't P-Basses have slightly wider frets or have I been believing something wrong that I was told about a long time ago 🤣

I must admit, I do love the look and the sound of a fretless Precision, there's something that is just so right about that combination, like apple pie and custard. However, in my hands, I much prefer playing a fretless Jazz. Not sure if its the smaller frets because I play all over the board, but I am way more comfortable with a fretless Jazz.

I too assumed it was PIno until I found out otherwise by accident, Mike. PIno does play on some tracks on that album, though. For my taste, one of the great bass lines of the 1980's .

Great decision 👏

That is normally the story, trying to scrabble together funds to keep the lights on. This is just a business where (as it stands) no-one wants to keep it running, even though it is turning a profit. Although, now it's in the press a magic buyer may appear.

The only Cort built bass I've had on which the active treble control doubles as a passive tone is the Ibanez EHB with its Vari-Mid preamp. The GB Modern has the Markbass MB with a separate passive tone but I don't think other Corts offer that, even the ones using that preamp.
