  1. Past hour
  2. Love mine. Used it for two gigs on the weekend and it was perfect. I treated the little beauty to a new case.
  3. I think the one that was for £500 was based in Leicester.
  4. The math before me is like an irritating repellant before a garden pillaging rodent. 😂 Ok, fair enough, I stand corrected.
  5. If you want to try out a GR Bass combo, I'm sure he'll be accommodating.
  6. What does it weigh please (accurate weight in gms if you can)?
  7. Can't you use a link. If there will be serious buyer I send all pics he may ask. I just tried BC site, I don't have big expections. https://www.nedcom.nl/WAL/view.php?id=W3937
  8. I've just bought a bass from Jordislappa42 (Mark) and am very happy indeed. An absolute pleasure to deal with! He send video clips of the bass to me before the sale, and delivered it in person to my girlfriend's (who lives far closer to him than I do), the day after I'd made payment. Great comms throughout. Many thanks Mark - I couldn't find an existing feedback thread, so there's one here now.
  9. You’re asking £12000 for a bass, put the pictures in the thread like someone would if they were selling a bass for 2% of the price. I’m sorry, this is really lazy.
  10. Would it be possible to string these E-e as a bass V1? Wondering if strings would fit through that bridge?
  11. Ive had this lying around for a bit but I need to make some space... I think the body is from the late seventies or eighties and was modded for a active circuit hence the the infill Was originally black but stripped back to natural with an amber lacquer Fender bridge, Duncan designed pickups I had in a box, new plate with the film still on Knobs and a basic loom not connected, extra screws under the bonnet for the guard Can take a Fender size neck 63.5mm or so Solid piece of wood, maybe sen ash but not too sure £60 posted to the UK
  12. @ardi100 Behringer BDI21 c/o @Bassybert - £15 Posted... Then maybe something like a Zoom in slower time. Multi's are great for building a 'batch' of sounds that can be called upon, best at storing 100 (B1on) of sounds, sound per song, name them, save them external, even use your phone to re-order the patches to match the gig list order... Great and Cheap - £45ish B1 Four, even includes s tuner But a board's on the fly versatility might be what ya want? At a minimum a Behringer BeadyEye for a bit of grit and XLR into a mixer keeps it simples Could do the same with a Zoom.
  13. Could really do with moving this on as my half pay kicks in next week!
  14. Today
  15. Reduced to £850 collected, for a little while. Then it's under the bed for a year or two.
  16. Thinking on this, I came to the conclusion that if money was no object the last thing I'd consider would be a Combo! A combo by its very nature is a Buch of compromises in order to fit into the combo format. That said I do love my Ampeg B15NF!
  17. Is this the same one that was on FB last week for 500 quid?
  18. It's actually got one 😁 it used to be higher. I will edit this into the description, good point.
  19. Just a quick question can you change whole signal paths/patches whilst a loop is playing on the Looper function? Saw an interesting video about using a looper/TC Wiretap to aid in getting the right sound out of a device rather than playing and fiddling on the fly and wondered if you could use the looper in the same way.
  20. Funnily enough we’ve done all 3 songs with my acoustic duo. My mate who plays guitar with me told me the Gilbert O’Sullivan track featured Big Jim Sullivan on guitar - it is a beautiful solo. 😊
  21. Thanks for your offer! But unfortunately I am not interested in Noguera at all.
  22. I need something that can handle a huge amount of volume... maybe the Eich BC212 will be something to try for me. Main problem is that I live in the arse end of nowhere and I'm also mindful that going somewhere like Bass Direct, etc. to say "eerrrhhhh I need to really crank this at full volume while using multiple delay pedals, reverb, a Darkglass Alpha Omega while hitting an open B, fifth octave very hard" may not go down all that well with Mark.
  23. The first two definitely sound more StingRay. The other two sound more like a P bass I would say. None of them sound like a Jazz to my ears.
