SOLD: Fender Road Worn 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass in Firemist Silver
£1000

Recommended Posts

For sale is a recently acquired 2021 Fender Road Worn 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass in Firemist Silver with matching headstock. and vintage style Case. All tags are included too. Both Bass and case are in superb condition and cost £1,199.

This is a superb Jazz and plays as good as it looks with a nice low action. The neck is beautiful. Sadly I just struggle with Jazz basses.

The cheapest I can see these retail at is £1,199. This Bass is barely a few weeks old, so save yourself some money on a new one.

Yours for £975 plus £25 delivery

I knew you'd put this bugger up (saw you mention it in another thread) as soon as I bought something else 🤣

Seriously though I think this particular version, rather than the other two, WILL become very sought after in a few years.

Gorgeous, good luck

thats gorge, cheddar gorge!

Thanks Norm. I'd have said it was more like Stilton but worthier way, it would go great with a nice red wine!

I'm a fan of the Fender Roadworn basses. Still got my 3TSB Jazz, from the early run.... Not seen one in this colour, and I must say, it looks stunning.

Old Horse Murphy is a top BC'er and genuine true gent to deal with - so buy in confidence :)

No bras were burnt in the making of this instrument.

Just used my wife's digital kitchen scales (she's out, so please don't tell her! and it looks to be 3.8-3.9Kg. I'd call it 4kg to be sure. Certainly very comfortable.

At the risk of asking a silly question. Is this US or Mexican?

It's lovely either way.

Best

It's one of the much-vaunted Mexcian Road Worn Series, similar to the Fender Flu Jazz bass and the Nelson Mandela Precision

Gorgeous! I've not been able to tell in the demos so far (so I'm assuming it doesn't) but does the finish sparkle a bit?

😁

Yeah, typically I'd bit the bullet on a new Boxer Jazz Bass Special, Sherwood Green Metallic just a few days before.
