It's currently doing small-valve-head duties but after this weekend using the Vanderkley I think it has to go. You should check out the MB AC 121 Lite, while you're at it. Some of us consider to be the best gigging bass combo in the market today. The big draw of the stage 800 was I cynically thought the modelling would be crap - then played the studio 40 in a shop - and crikey it was good for it's size and price....
