Raskolnikov Posted Friday at 11:52 Posted Friday at 11:52 (edited) I just discovered _Peter Gabriel 3_ (1980). Also listening to _So_ (1986). Lovely bass tones on both records. Standouts, “I Don’t Remember,” “Games Without Frontiers,” “Not One of Us,” & “In Your Eyes,” which you’ve all heard. I love that 80’s bass tone. Kumalo the pinnacle on Paul Simon’s _Graceland_, and of course Taylor on Duran Duran _Rio_. Edited Friday at 11:53 by Raskolnikov 1 Quote
Sté Posted Friday at 11:55 Posted Friday at 11:55 I discover the Michel Petrucciani with Anthony Jackson. I realize i was only knowing him playing with Michel Camilloand Hiromi.. A shame ! This live in Tokyo is my main listening since few days. 2 Quote

Raskolnikov Posted yesterday at 15:23 Posted yesterday at 15:23 “In Rainbows” by Radiohead I was fond of a woman. It was the night of a group art show that I was in. I missed many phone calls that night—we were making out in the car; In Rainbows had just released and it was playing. Our relationship never amounted to anything and I likely missed a few sales maybe missed a career but that moment is in stone along with this album Quote
