Just heard this on the radio, great old one and I’m pretty sure Robbie Shakespeare on bass

Nightclubbing is a great album. It's Sly and Robbie and amazingly the accordionist on Libertango is also on the theme to Last of the Summer Wine!

Great cast of characters on this album and Warm Leatherette

I've recently discovered Boards Of Canada. Surprising it's taken so long to find them, as the duo are relatively local to where I was brought up, and are about the same age.

I love their themes of trippy nostalgia.

This is my ear worm at the moment, i seem to be singing it all day. So this is what i'm listening to, there is a why, and that is I am playing this arrangement at the moment. One rehearsal and can't get it out of my head.

Barry Manilow back Piano duties with Bette on this one.

If you like Latin flavouring in your music, this Tony Succar concert is worth a listen.

The musicianship, vocals and particularly the arranging (all cover versions), really is top draw all round:

Those three albums with Sly and Robbie are fantastic. Amazing production on them as well, completely timeless IMO. Going to stick one of them on right now....
