1. Beauty!
2. Wilkommen HairyHaw!
3. Wee shot of a 5-string bass (Aspiration?) in Merchant City Music. Felt like a well made bass and had a confident maple board. I'd still rather have the 4 string but a brilliantly made bass. 5 string version of this?
4. Go on the site - it'll tell you.
5. 1970s Fender P-bass in Walnut I had in the 80s - RW neck! Sold it in 1987 to buy a Steinberger.........copy!
6.
More fretless from JG on this album... oh, look, another familiar name on bass...at least, familiar to my mum.
The same as slipping in a mention or your latest book/film/album your book on Loose Women?

10.
It's just as well that Mr DiMarzio saved me from all that Piano-making, trombone-blowin', outboard motoring, lawn-mowin' "blandness" This Attitude has no build quality flaws, let me assure you. Only issue it has is that sound engineers keep assuming it's active and ask me to turn the bottom end down... How it pains me to explain that I can't! Bland paint job, too.
That is one bad plank!
11.
I like this one, reminds me a lot of the 1980's. Can't wait till they start showing up used
Same here - I'd take any one of the above!
12.
Sorry, just seen the related earlier thread...RRP £490 for a Squire???? Sheeeyet! Still want one though...
£329 at GG

15. Had a shot of jezzaboy's on Saturday and it is an absolute belter of a bass to play. I am officially jealous!
16. Too reliced?
17. New inlays look superb! Anyone got experience of the Surveyor Series?
18. Looks really smart - best of luck!
19. Look on the dark side too - if you buy 2nd hand from here, you can probably deal down a wee bit and if it does not work out or you want to upgrade, get your money nearly all back in the future. After your initial investment, it's like renting a bass on here with some of the swaps! If you are spending anything up to £200, the Yamaha BB, Squire CV or VM or Ibanez is a no-brainer.
20. The OP has described his item perfectly and illustrated it with accurate pictures. I f I bought this I would be in no doubt as to what I was getting and I don't understand the semantics of 'ding' (sounds cute!), or blemish (genetic?). Good honest advert.
21. Great find Andy - cheers!
22. Read the BGM article and the NO 1 bass of Geddy has him dissing it about bad it is!
23. 2009 according to the vid! Thought he was on Foderas?
24. Me! Socialists of the bass world unite!
