    feedback for Deedee

Dan's Aria Pro wasn't giving out the tones so he asked me to make a new loom for it - all happy now 😎 He's a real pleasure to deal with, great comms and instant payment, a diamond geezer.

  6. Shame his range of ladies underwear didn't take off, Shatner knickers was never going to work 🤣
  7. I've bought them from Guy Lewis, beautifuly hand made and very reasonable prices - UK. I think he's at customguitarboxes.com or similar. Edit: Found this; https://www.flickr.com/photos/23213730@N03/albums/72157607882315310/with/2928990090/
  8. imho you need a lot more turns on the tuner post to keep the string pushed down - like @Paul S has said, so I suggest a new A string or even a set and don't cut them so short - all should be well.
  9. Probably 200 quids worth of drawing pins there!
  10. Cheerz Gary, almost all you ever need to know about knobs in one place!
  11. Measure from nut or 12th fret to your old bridge saddles and when you mark out the location of the new bridge make sure you have the same distance, near enough - for the intonation adjustments.
  12. If you have a bit of heat shrink tubing - that could be good - depending how much gap you have to fill. If not masking tape is a good old fashioned bodge, will last forever!
  13. Looking back - Jimi Hendrix, saw him on Hastings pier twice IIRC and at the IOW in '70, just a few weeks before he went. His influence carries on today - a real legend !
  14. I have stacked/concentric A500K mini pots with centre detents, chrome or black knobs, but nothing in a single pot. Cheerz, John
  15. Lookin' BAD 💀 To the bone ☠️ 👍 😎
  16. Without getting me 'ands on it, I'm out of ideas I'm afraid 🤔
  17. In the picture the centre tag is the earth, that should have the screen and maybe the black, but if the blue is from the battery then it should be on the left, where it is but without hte shield. Try it!
  18. Possibly you have the screen and black wires swapped over? The black you have soldered to the centre of the socket, the earth, but the black could well be the battery - neg. which should go to the contact where you have the screening, the ring contact. Red looks right! Not sure about the blue, is it from the piezo or what? Cheerz, John
  19. Definitely "option 2. buy some hipshot ultra lite licensed at £60 sell Wilkinson tuners" IMO 😎
