    OK it goes like this. I have been very happy with my Ampeg 8x10 for a good while now. However I used a Marshall one saturday night for the first time and I actually thought "f*** me this pisses over my ampeg". Anyone got any thoughts on this? or know of anything thats better again? Please let me know as i am having an identity crisis about this

    awesome head. i have one that i use when i cant afford valves for my Amgeg, with a sans-amp theres very little difference. have a bump on me

    that sounds good man, what kind of a tone does it have? ive never heard the pickup and am struggling to imagine it. Is it low or high output?

    Sansamp programmable bddi is the sh*t man. I can't tell you the ammount of times mine has saved my skin. I use an svt 8x10 rig now purely as stage reference. I honestly can't sing it's praises enough

    The MESA/Boogie rectifier range. I know its guitar gear but f*** me do these things annoy me. I am the bass player, I will deal with subsonic frequencies thank you very much. You just try not to get lost in the mix next to the other guitarists 30 watt orange. Thank god he saw the light and bought a JCM

I must say I am entirely of the opinion that nothing will ever sound like my Fenders thru my SVT. One mans tone is another mans nightmare.

    Im always uber tempted by new over drive sounds. whats this like? I already have a Sans-amp bass driver DI and an original Guv'nor tho.... so do i really need it? feel free to convince me I do

    Good condition, fully functional, in its box, hardly ever used. Brilliant fun after a few beers I can assure you but again my current musical direction doesnt call for it at all. Plenty of vids and demos on YouTube if you wanna check it out. I can't really discribe what it does. £40 o.n.o.

    So im getting rid of some stuff I dont use anymore Dod FX25 envelope filter in good condition and full working order but unfortunatly missing its box. As envelope filters go this is the one to have. Its capable of some awesome sounds although I havnt been in a band where its been useful for ages so its time for it to go. Wanna sound like Flea? you need one of these....... and a sh*t load of talent £40 o.n.o
