1. I see Canada is joining the Third Reich in making a stand against the evils of Jazz. Good for them.
2.
Just be thankfull you weren't in the audience
Ah, jazz...
3. The original pic you posted looks lovely.
4. I'm really sorry to hear of this
5. I don't think it's wrong, per se, to lock in with the guitar - if you're playing rock, and you've got a good riff going, I don't see why both of you can't go with it. If it's not for note, throughout the entire piece, well, you might begin to wonder. Keep it simple; keep it in the groove; take the listener with you. I've never seen it as my playing the guitar part, as I write a lot of them, but more of the guitar playing my part - that way you can keep them under close supervision and ensure they're on the beat You can add the fretw***ery in later, when you're middle aged and more convinced of your opinions on internet forums. That's what I intend to do.
6. Good post, chief
7. Remember:bag it, before you HTML tag it. Surf safe, people.
8. Brilliant - is this the old one which shafted their share price, or was that Delta?
9. Full trade list - and can be supplemented with cash, for the right deal:

MM Stingray 2 or 3 EQ (3 EQ pref)
Fender Jaguar
Fender Aerodyne
Any Gibson (Les Paul or Grabber pref)
10.
Tools. Btw I'm not answering the OP's question, I'm just making an obsevation.
++++AWESOME++++
11. Afternoon all. I took this in as a trade, and will admit it's good; very good - it's standard Lakland quality. The bass is robust, yet feather-light; the maple neck and board is superb, and is a quick player; the Lakland pick-ups and pre-amp give the bass some real flexibility. Condition is maybe 8 or 9/10. There's a full write-up of the specs on the Lakland site: http://lakland.com/44-02.htm All in all, superb - I'll have no qualms about keeping it... but, if I can, I'd like to use it as collateral against a 3EQ Stingray. Colour preference would be black, with Rosewood (already have a black and maple), but am not fussy - providing the Stingray is of similiar condition. Happy to add cash, if required, to secure the right deal. Pic attached, but happy to provide more over the weekend as required.
12.
I didn't photo shop any stickers, but I did kinda mess with a few by posting this and saying I found another 62 J bass in Sea Foam Green for $100. Lol
Haha, you can come again
13. That's notwithstanding the lending issue, mind - just some nostalgia on my part
14. Ha, this thread is timely - I was watching a band the other day, and the bass was a real beater; but it sounded great, and it was getting an absolute thrashing in the course of it. Did make me wish I could have a little of that; a little of that rock and roll magic, where you zone out and let it all go with the music... instead of worrying about bumping your bass into the mic stand; or someone dragging the fur off your cab on that nail you can feel under your toes onstage... Ah well. I'm 30. Maybe I'm too old, too middle class, for even this little taster of the life.
15. You spiteful cock sucker, why don't you channel your negative energy into something positive for a change +++++AWESOME+++++
16.
I was going to say exactly this, but you beat me to it. Rocking horse sh*t is easier to come by than a Wave bass. A friend of mine has a Wave Supreme guitar & it's awesome.
Can you still order them up out of the custom shop, I wonder... ?
17. Just don't post your locatian, Rich, or you'll be leaving someone with a nice shopping the next time you hit the Ryanair!
18. Only one tip - develop a sanding fetish. You'll be doing a lot of sanding, so get ready for it
19. There was an NJ Wave on Ebay, from London, for £350 - damage on all the points.
20. Can you please edit the titles of your other threads to reflect the fact that the Viper is gone - just stick "GONE" in the title, or something
21. Abusing the Micro Pog, here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfryizBctss&feature=related And, because: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9rcH3fBLtU
22. Ha, been a while - happy to be corrected. I remember reading the review for Kite Strings in Terrorizer, back when I spent my days wearing a lot of black - and listening to Dismember, Carcass, all sorts. Probably rubbed off on me I'll throw a few more in: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXBoImFF_bc&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeXChfKnh3I

Big muff advice
Sure its not mid you are missing?
This tends to be the bit that goes missing... and never quite comes back, with the Big Muff. Bottom end should be fine, if you roll the tone off.
24. Ha, though I see half your kit is for sale - what next then? How does the Big Muff fit in?
