1. Nice one FlatEric, thanks for sharing. I would love to get one of the branded ones. Guess I wouldn't be too upset at £45 for one of these, but then £7 for delivery makes them seem very expensive compared to yours. Karl.
2. "For reluctant sale is an incredibly rare and hard to find Epiphone Thunderbird Elite. Last time you saw one of these for sale?" Er, 3 or 4 weeks ago, when the same bass was up at £750 (I think) starting price, and it failed to sell. . Karl.
3.
if that is it in your avatar it looks great.
Cheers MacDaddy. It took a bit of work to get it road worthy again, but it plays wonderful. Can almost sound like a double bass using the "woofer", or, more growl than a pissed off Rottweiler. Still got two weeks "holidays" with the band, bored on a weekend now . Karl.
4. Nice one Dave, sure it will all go great. Enjoy. Karl.
5.
Every time I've tried to buy Hotwires (bar one) Dawn can't find the price list, isn't sure what they've got in, will get back to me (never does), etc etc. I've never had a single good experience with her, sorry.
I've found ordering them via website, arrived within a working day, everytime. Great strings and service, but perhaps I've been lucky. Karl.
6. If my Orange goes, the ending may have a twist, mwhaha . Karl.

Yeah, it is generally accepted good form that pricing queries are kept to PM's. £500 for a '62 RI Non Export Japanese jazz is a very good price, take your time Jonnyj, I would bet there is somebody desperately hoping it doesn't go before they get the money. It's hard out there at the moment, I have had no near offers for my immaculate Orange SP212 but I'm buggered if I'm going to let it go for stupid money. Hang on in there if you can afford to, and good luck, Karl.
8. Lot of stripping/nut/possibly neck, I'll give him £50 . Karl.
9. Sure you are both already in communication, but if not, just follow the link. Good luck. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=149823
10. Nice to see Mr Fawlty's staff still writing. Que?

13. OMFG . http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Orange-Terror-Ba...=item3f0cb22094
14. For Gods sake somebody buy it before I do something silly. Karl.
15.
"Lawsuit" Ibanez Artist bass. 16. Very fine wet and dry Guv, honest .
17.
Hi Karl - these are still available are you interested in having a chat? Regards Terry
Wasn't going to say anything Terry, my Orange is up for sale so I can discuss a deal with yourself. If they have gone before my Orange, doubt you'll be gutted . Cheers, Karl.
18. Now my P is the back up. This thing is bloody marvellous . Karl.
19. Must admit Andy, thinking along the same lines as you regarding moving up to an Attitude if one ever comes up for sale. Had the cap changed to a .47, and the pots to 500s on my Yam and it really opened it up. Love it to death. After a brief sojuorn into the world of neo/small/light next move for me is back to hernia inducing SWR. Miss all that trouser flapping from behind . Cheers, Karl.
20. Immaculate as far as my eyes can tell. Selling as being in a pub rock band I can no longer take the merciless "brought you handbag with you". Love it to death, but it's replaced an SWR Goliath 111 and Son of Bertha. It just looks like there is nowt there now. £350 collected, £370 delivered Mainland UK. You can also arrange a courier to pick it up at your cost. CHEAPEST NEW I can see new about £595, so it's a few months old, virtually new and over 35% cheaper. This is absolutely immaculate. Any questions, please ask. Edited for feedback. 21. I rarely fail auditions. I have a van . Hard part is when they try to fire me but not the van!
22. Andy, I'm jealous to death. I've only got the relatively cheapo 95 Attitude Special (no twin jacks/scallops/de-tuner) and even that through my Orange has more growl than a pissed off Rottweiler. Fabulous set up, thanks for sharing. Karl.
