1.
I'd just put the keys through the main vocal PA if it's any good, use a small onstage monitor for keys player to hear themselves.
Vox PA is powered mixer Yamaha EMX640 into two EV SX300 tops, no subs. So not sure if it will handle keys as well, will try at practice Monday. Also will try Genz Benz Shuttle six into Barefaced compact and see how that sounds. Thanks for taking time to offer advice fellas
 2. Just changed our band line up to go to one guitar, bass, drums, vox and include keys. We don't have a dedicated keyboard amp but do have several spare bass amps, guitar amps and a Yamaha Stagepas 500 PA. Just wondering if any of those might be suitable
 3. The Chain and Jolene but not at the same time like Scalpys post (love to hear that)

 5.
The vast majority of our Weymouth gigs are ar*ehole free... I think she was from Dorchester.
Ah that explains it all, seriously let me know next time you are in Weymouth and I'll come along to see you.
 6.
"Is that a 'cello?" "Why did they give the shortest person in the band the biggest instrument?" (I tell 'em we drew straws and I lost). Most annoying one was at a recent gig in Weymouth. Very drunk woman at the front shouting "oi! Do you do weddings" all the way through the first set and getting really arsey that we wouldnt talk to her there and then. Got collared by her during the break where she ranted on about how rude we were and that she wanted to book us for her sisters wedding (even though she described her sister as "a c**t"). I said we were already booked for that date (which was true) "I don't care about that" she says "you're f***ing playing. You only need to play for an hour so you'll do it for free cider"
We are really classy here in Weymouth
 7. Mike just bought a voice harmony pedal from me, great comms and instant payment, really good guy to deal with.

 9.
Yup, RIP Ian McLagen.. stay with me a great bass line though is it just me or is there a bum note around half way through? Just adds to the live and loose feel I always think!
We do stay with me (and there is usually more than one bum note) and it goes down a storm
 10. Frank Ifield and Johnny Rotten released a little known duet entitled "I remember you ....you c**t"
 11.
EV SX300's are pretty good IMHO
+1 just got a pair of SX300s and they are superb sounding, very light and manageable. Some in the for sale section on here.

 21.
I use a Carvin BX 500 head into a single 1x12 Purple Chili cab. Would quite like a second matching can (well, not matching, would quite like the vinyl to stay on the next one)! Haven't had to turn master above 3 yet but would still like to hear a second cab running.
If you are ever in Weymouth you are welcome to try my one.
 22. Band round our way used to do "Wipe out " by the Surfaris? used to go down a storm.
