    I hope the mods don't mind me posting this here (I know it's more of a guitar effect than bass, but I'm aware bassists do use them), but I'm looking for some advice which is mostly about the value of my RAT pedal. I was given it a few years back whilst in a now defunct rehearsal studio in Santa Monica, and it's sat on a shelf since then. I saw a Facebook marketplace post the other day where someone was selling one and they mentioned it contained the much coveted Motorola LM308. Doing a dig and checking the serials on the CTS pots, I discovered that mine is in fact the mid-80s "White Face" model. Clearly, from the photos it's either a bit battered, or full of wonderful mojo, but does anyone know how much these go for? I've seen various models on eBay, but most a later models or vintage reissues.

    I recently bought a USA made Musicman SUB Sterling from Phil. He's a really nice guy, was very helpful and obliging, and it was a smooth and seamless transaction. I now have a new toy and couldn't be happier.

    Still plenty of interest, but we're not quite getting over the line. I'm still definitely interested in a part exchange for a decent budget bass, maybe up to about around £300 to £400, with the rest of the cash coming my way.

    Oh, I'm definitely tempted. I'm currently waiting to sell my Modulus before pulling the trigger on a much needed workhorse bass. However, I have my first gig in a few months so I'll need to do something before that regardless. If these are still around then I'll certainly consider taking one off your hands.

    Is that some kind of selector inbetween the tone pots on both basses, or is it a missing pot? It's hard to make out from the photos?
