A strange one for me today... A gig with band I regularly dep with, who specialise in playing Eagles / CSNY stuff. In a pub. In a Newcastle suburb. ...at 3:30pm. On a Thursday afternoon. Yep, just a normal midweek afternoon pub gig. And there were people there to watch us, too. So confusing. I was home with a Chinese for 6:30pm. Wouldn't mind doing it again sometime, actually. Anyway, this is what I used:

I gave my Handbox / Maruszczyk BassTank a run out tonight for the first time in - my God - a few years at tonight's gig. Tell you what, it's a blummin' lovely amp. I should use it more often.

Right. Where's the A/B showing tonal improvement against a 'standard' bridge? I'm not being deliberately argumentative, but if you're going to sell any of these, you need to demonstrate why people should buy 'em, without getting all defensive.

I don't agree, especially in bass world. Any number of smaller / boutique manufacturers have come from nowhere and made a splash. Sincerely, good luck with your project.

It’s up to the manufacturer to win these people over. If they can’t, maybe there’s a reason for it.

If the bass was a keeper, I'd just sort it myself. I wouldn't risk sending it back and getting a dud in return.

Short answer: no. Longer answer: I guess they could as a custom order, but the only one I've ever seen is in the Fender Bass Book.

In my experience basses haven't been as volatile.

I don’t think it’s a bubble - it’s been a steady rise at least for the last couple of decades while I’ve been involved.

@ossyrocks - step away from the long adjustment screw. It's 100% original.. that's how they were 🙂
