I've got PAT stickers on my stuff that I bought from eBay just in case, but I've never been asked.

I guess you could get into the minutiae of it, but - in my opinion - it's not live. It's been done already, and it's being played back. Not that Ed cares what I think, mind.

FWIW, lovely as the oval ultralites are, they’d look a bit odd on a Limelight (IMO). Resolites are equally lovely, and look authentic (but aren’t oval, obv.)

I believe the necks are Allparts, and the bodies and pickups are their own.

The may well be lovely basses (haven't played on yet) but do they still use captive gerbils to nibble at the edge of the bodies? That always put me off a bit.

I had a similar quandary recently, but the commute would have been Newcastle > Liverpool. I really had to think long and hard and eventually decided not to... in my heart I knew it wasn't practical, and I didn't want to be in a position where I'd have to leave them in the lurch. It went against all my instincts, but it was the fairest decision for them. (Note: if there had been a big tour or something at the end of it, the outcome might have been different, but it was all a bit tentative.) YMMV etc.

Hello Nick! No problem - ask away 🙂 Short answer to question #1 - I haven't used one for four years, and basically my mind was in R-400 mode. I'd completely forgotten about running the output wide-open until now. Here's a clip of the gig. You can't see the room, but it's a fairly large concert room in a club, with about 200 people in it. I had PA support. Volume-wise, certainly no challenge for the WB-100. It probably didn't even notice.
