Isopropyl Alcohol, try and get 90 proof... esp for maple, 70 proof is ok and has mineral oil, ala lemon oil. Alcohol First Aid Wipes, lighter fluid, like naptha highly refined... I'd try a spot some where, just in case of nitro, may move the lacquer like acetone.

Tell us a bit more about the neck... Looks good, fret ends etc. Fretboard edge looks lightly rolled. Remember to drill nice pilot holes - size and depth - for the machine head mounting screws, with a scrape of candle wax or block soap on the threads lto lube, and use a good fitting screw driver.

I'd start with (another) brand new battery, and a look-see at the Stereo Jack that prolly uses the Ring Connection on the Batt Ground to Sleeve Connection, Signal Ground to complete the circuit.

Where do you play, how long do you play, and how far from a socket?.. I'd be thinking along the Power Bank USB to 9v type set up with a Joyo ZGPW or Rechargeable unit esp if USB Powered - tge Zoom B1on can be 5v USB powered - USB is gonna be a 'norm' Or do your new pedals need 18 or 12v power?
