1. Sounds like you need to let rip, and rid yourself of pent up aggression. S.O.D./Slayer could help you
 2.
I'm with you all the way I'm in the process of saving and flogging off , to get a yellow Status. Headed 4 string Stealth - black hardware - and all yellow . I mean everything . One piece graphite bass - spray the lot - even pick ups . Will cost a bit more (so Rob informed me a few years ago , and I got the impression that he wasn't too keen) Just thought it'll be a bit different , though after watching an old Top Gear , where they had 3 supercars on a road trip (yellow , orange and green) , any of these colours may also be different . Any of these 3 colours would be great and they're the same as on my kid's duplo (lego) bricks . Yeah yellow - bring it on
wow!
 3. He could patent an'' Eddie '' series of amps
 4.
I want one. Eventually. Must have; Canary Yellow paintjob Black hardware. If it has a scratchplate, that'll be black. Matching (Yellow, then!) headstock. Ebony or (stained darker) Rosewood fretboard No exposed polepieces- or I'll coat them with black nail varnish! Natural coloured frets are a necessary evil. Do DR do coated Yellow strings or will I just have to use Warwick yellow labels!!!
Now we're talkin'
 5.
These are fantastic combo's, I used one for a few gigs and it was awesome, especially with an extension cab for bigger venues. Have a bump dude....
Thanking you kindly I love this, but when my band split temporarily,I went for something a little smaller for transport reasons.
 6. I look at fleabay, every couple of days. I was fairly addicted at one time. Over the last say,20 months I have noticed fewer bass related items listed(proper kubicki's steinberger, schecter etc) if there are things of interest, they seem more expensive. The way things are sold now are a complete pain in the kyber pass! Too much red tape for the seller, and more cotton wool for the buyers. Last transaction I had ,involved me selling 2 concert tkts. Couldn't understand why I had to wait for payment. Of course,I know now. I try to avoid selling completely on there If I can
 7. most of my amps over the years, have been purchased without trying out first. This includes my latest fab Aguilar setup
 8. Got most of his primus albums,DVD and a sausage Have to checkout more of his solo stuff
 9.
Logically thinking, seeing as the output jack acts as a switch then that would be the most likely area to concentrate on. However i have already changed the jack which made no difference. Maybe i need to use a certain type of jack - are there different types?
Yeah,Switcraft are allegedly the best. However, the repairman did all sorts of tests on my bass for a week ,before he came to the conclusion to change the jack.
 10. I have the above, and as I have my brother temporarily moving in with me(gulp) this will have to go (sob!) Cash value? £300.00 o.n. o Trade wise: To be honest,I have enough gear, but am after the following; Yamaha Attitude (cash and amp from me) Effects: I already own a mint condition Boss oDB . I could be thinking of a Boss pedalboard with power supply containing Delay ,phaser, flanger Auto wah. Altogether. OR AN EBS EQUIVALENT setup. You get the idea Now,about location: I can deliver to central London (Waterloo/city/west end) You could collect from me (Twickenham) Or ,you could try before you buy at Survival Studios Acton on a Sunday . I will not post tho' as I want you to be happy. Sorry about that. Let me know what you've got Cheers
 11. My first gig 'spam' I guess. We(Ripped Apart) are on 1st. 8pm this Friday Mr. Drums ,is playing for both bands. (we're all buddies). Probably be using the JD Bass My 1st gig for ages, wish me luck
 12.
How do I move this to "ask an expert" please??
I think you're in the right section,so eventually the help will come along
 13.
You will be fine getting the upgrade from Amazon to V9. Logic is not available for PC, so maybe it's someone's typo on amazon. V7's layout is horrible and confusing compared to V8/9. Well worth the upgrade IMO. I'm saving to buy V9 for at home, I've got 7 on my work laptop and I really struggle with it.
Thanks for that. I'm at home next Friday,so will order logic express 9 nxt week
 14. Not really a big cure fan,but the bass on that may be what you're after
 15. Short scale ,or headless bass I'd say
 16. Had a similar problem with my hamburger bass. The repairman ,kept it in the shop for about a week. He ended up changing the jack.
 17.
Any finish option you can think of...chances are Jens has tried it already:
18.
MB1. ...Looks Great in the dark!...Couldnt find my bass with the light on!....Coat Collected!
19. Don't forget Schecters
 20. Yeah, good question. I've seen Bunny Brunel use these, and didn't know too much about him till youtube came along. They look good .

 22.
Well, I'm not sure about yellow basses, but I have a lovely yellow Stratocaster, from 1989, which is very similar to this one...: Graffiti Yellow Strat ...but with locking tuners and roller nut. I think I paid about 400 pounds for it at the end of 1989 when I had my first job. Maybe I need a matching Precision or Jazz alongside it?
Niiiice strat!
 23.
Looking at bright yellow guitars, it doesn't really get much cooler than the stuff Ibanez did in the 80's... Shame they don't make them like that anymore!
my friend hade one very similar to the middle one. The nnnnnnneck on his was black tho'.
