Nice flamed fretboard! My personal leaning (which won’t be everyone’s cup of tea) would be a darker stain of some sort, satin finish.

Looks nice! Also the moisture content is massively reduced, so makes it more stable. I think. For me though, it’s about the looks nice. I am shallow.

I love seeing basses brought back to life as much as seeing the insane level of craftsmanship on the scratch builds.

Wow. That’s an awesome gift for someone. You could use the combo as a cab!

I really like the chrome hardware. Looks good. If I were to change anything, it would be the scratch plate, as it doesn’t follow the lines of the body, especially around that bottom horn (could be the angle of the photo though). They’re surprisingly easy to cut and shape.

In response to a question - condition is very clean. Bought new about 18 months ago, but not gigged much (maybe 5?). Heres some additional pics to show how it’s virtually indeterminable from a new one straight of a box... -
Normally I’d be all like “don’t cover up the wood!”, but seeing it there just looks complete. Very nice.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, GarageBand is free and quite underrated. I’ve been a PC & Cubase user for over 20 years, but recently have been using phone apps quite a lot. Caustic is on iOS or Android and is also awesome, but much more EDM stylee.
