  1. Exciting.... the knob magician  has just sent through a couple of mixes from our recording session. He's twiddled very nicely.... Hoping the last two come through quickly!

  2. Feeling like a complete idiot for not having made my move earlier. Bang goes my hoped-for NAD.

  6. Well, that's it. Converted to tapewound strings 😁. So smooth but still with bite.

  14. The Mandelorian: It's brilliant, really brings the wider Star Wars universe to life. All those incidental characters in the movies get more air time rather than just being links between plot points.

  20. Work and redundancy threats and woes continue. The latest "up to date" meeting is / was supposed to have taken place this month. But that's not going to happen now.
Continuing to dangle me on a piece of string...... for over 4 and a half years, and counting :(

  21. Hello fellow worshippers of the low. Just taking in the last 48 hours at the London Bass Guitar Show. Always inspiring and I cannot believe that I got a lesson in Production by Mr Devin Townsend himself !! 😍😍

For those who do not know me, I am Dany, a bona fide Metalhead, and I play in The Heretic Order and The Kut

  22. Very honoured to be featured on my old university’s website. If you’re considering studying music, then I seriously recommend checking ICMP out. They have regular open days, and do a variety of courses.

  23. New to the site and getting back into bass after a few years off. Work and life got in the way but I'm looking forward to getting back in the swing and playing some good quality bass gear for pleasure and some local jams in the future.

  24. Hi players. Closed up my shop to outside players bc I’m into too many projects. On the go are 2 basses, a 4 and 5. It’s been a while since I built my first bass which was a 8 string but later reduced to a 6 string. It definitely has it’s challenges. When I was younger I had more energy to keep going long hours but nowadays I take it a lot slower. Hopefully slow and methodical will prevail. I don’t have a bass at present and need one soon. Ttyl.....g..

  25. Uploaded a profile photo.  This is me with my Fender JP-90... picture is from a gig in the early 1990s.
