Yep customer service is great at Rotosound just wish they could get the strings as good as they used to be but on topic you cannot fault the service

I bought a phone off of Mr Axe it arrived uber fast special delivery the phone looks like it just came from the factory at a good price would deal with Mr Axe anytime

Damon bought a book from me a nice and easy deal with good communication and payment, all good here

I can't justify most of my gear I own 4 basses and tree amps plus other bits but I only ever use one of the basses and amps and a couple of pedals

Always used to used Rotos but got pissed off with getting dead E strings Rotosound were great at replacing them though so they have great customer service

I have never seen a copper playing bass but you never see one anyway

I bought a pedal from Dan and I am really happy with it and the super fast delivery and great coms I have dealt with Dan in the past and have always found him great to deal with deal with confidence

I have a hankering for one of these but I am really put off by the "JAKE" logo on them I know that is shallow but I just cant get my head around it it just seems so crap and tacky it would be OK if your name was Jake I guess I think if it wasn't for that I would seriously be thinking of pulling the trigger on one infact I may email and ask if I can have one without that logo.

I think the shop owner Carl has shown that he cares and it takes balls to reply to a "negative thread" and at the end of the day your business is only as good as your staff if they dont care your f***ed I hope the rude little oink got a good warning and a kick up the arse

Sold Doug a pedal and it was a sweet and easy deal with fantastic communication and instant payment deal in confidence

Dont think I will vanish as it is a good forum I think that there are a few people on here who waffle on total bollocks but I just scroll past there posts now, And I think the market place has gone downhill IMO
