For a Rock and Roll band Flea is a worthy winner. Can't think of the likes of Jaco, MK or the plethora of technically better bassists fitting in with the rock and roll mentality
Very sad. I never really paid much attention to Mick until I saw him in the Midge Ure band playing one of those Princes Trust gigs back in '88. He was phenominal and extremely versatile on his fretless
