    I doubt it would get anywhere near the volume of your current set up. The Bergantino 1x12 cabs throw out some serious volume and two of these would be more than a match for your current set up.

    For a really good 'transparent' compressor (one that levels the sound without altering the tone) is the DBX160A. Really easy to use as well with the recommended bass setting in manual a really good start.
