1. How old is this please ? Do you know?
2. I like this . . . . . . A lot. . . . . . .
3. That's real nice. Love the colour. Any other five strings trades may tempt you?
4.
THIS remains my dream....
This bass is an absolute work of art......
5.
Steve is an incredible player, but I personally find Iron Maiden unlistenable, and, when I think about it, I have only known one person in my entire life who openly admits to liking their music , and I know a lot of people . I suppose lots of people out there must like it because they are without doubt one of the most enduringly successful bands ever .
I absolutely love maiden. No apologies.... Ever since hearing phantom of the opera as a teenager at school. I am currently eyeing up a harris signature bass. Just a few quid short still
6. This gets more appealing the more you look at it.
7. Are the new ones a patch on the older discontinued subs? I haven't heard much good bout them.
8. The s.u.b. 5er I had was my first ray and it was the best of both worlds then some. Killer sound and cheap enough that I didn't care if it got a knock. The two eq rays are the mutts nuts for me. Just wish i hadn't sold mine as it was an eBay bargain at 300 quid. Amazing price for a bass from San Luis obispo, same factory as the real McCoy.
9. Still tempting. . . ..
10. That looks really sweet in that finish... Good luck with the sale, and have a bump..
11. This is a gorgeous piece of kit. Any 5 string trade interests??
12.
Currently selling a custom shop classic jazz and am open to offers http://basschat.co.u...m-classic-jazz/
I once owned one of these and they are exceptionally good. If you have the wonga its a bass you wouldn't regret buying. IMHO of course.
13. I have tried to get away from owning half a dozen mid price and cheap basses and relax and get to know one very well. (Also because every room in my house was stuffed with bass stuff and was just ridiculous) I am on a good thing at the minute with my Mike Lull TC5; but is there anything obvious Im missing that simply has all the tools in one bass that isn't gonna cost me £5,000 ?
14. +1 for classic 50s MIM P bass. I had a beauty, but like all things - it got moved on to try something else. Easily as good as my old USA P. Anything Mike Lull is going to be good, and theres a beauty of a P Lull on here for sale. I recently acquired a Lull TC5 jazz and its everything it says it is - quite the mutts nutts. Seem to remember the 50s MIM cost me £279.00 new on ebay. Listing was full of smelling pistakes and clearly didnt get the hits on searches so I got it for the starting price - bargain.
15. Scream for me long beach . .
16. Is it just me or is the picture not visible ?
17. Just sold a stingray to phil. Fast payment and good comms. Pleasure to deal with. BC as it should be. Thanks
18. If i knew back then when i started that every bass id ever need was my mike lull TC5 id have saved myself about £15,000 over past 25 yrs and just waited for it to come along while playing my usa fender p. Been there done that got the bass and the t-shirt and the credit card bill. It seems basic is best. But you would miss all the fun.
19. Mmmmmm. Lovely colour.
